•This product is not intended for permanent installation.
•This product should be assembled only by trained professionals.
•Be sure to assemble this product using all the parts included.
•Do not use this stand for a load that exceeds the maximum weight
capacity in this document, or on the label on the product.
•Do not use the product if any of the following conditions exist:
owelded joints are cracked or compromised
ohorizontal rungs, T-bar, or diagonals are dented or damaged
otripod, junctions, connectors, or quick release pins are bent
othe product has been dropped
•Do not drag the product over the floor or other objects.
•Place sand bags over the lower cross bars for increased stability of
the product.
The maximum, evenly distributed, load capacity for the CH-
02 is
110 lb (50 kg).

To Begin
Carefully unpack the product immediately. C
heck that all the parts are in
the package, and that they are in good condition.
If the box or any of the contents appear damaged from shipping, or show
signs of mishandling, save all packaging and file a cl
aim with the carrier
immediately;
do not notify CHAUVET®. Failure to report damage to the
carrier immediately or failure to have all packaging available for inspection
may invalidate your claim.
For other issues, such as missing components or parts, damage not related
to shipping, or concealed damage, file a claim with CHAUVET® within 7

The tripod section comes assembled; however, the T-bar and side ba
rs
require assembly. For details, see Assembly Instructions and

Description
The CH-02 is a heavy-duty aluminum T-bar stand
with side bar supports,
8 optional mounting points, and quick release
pins for easy setup and
teardown. The CH-02 is great for mobile DJs and entertainers.
Assembly
Instructions
To assemble the CH-02, refer to the diagrams on the following pages and
do the following:
Figure 1:
1. Loosen lower knob on the tripod assembly.
2. Open the tripod legs and place the product on the floor
(or level surface) so the center shaft is vertical.
3. Tighten the lower knob on the tripod to secure it.
4. Loosen the upper knobs on the center shaft.
5. Extend the inner tube of the center shaft.
6. Tighten the upper knobs on the center shaft to secure the tube in place.

7. Assemble the supported side bars. See T-bar and Side Bars

information and close-up views.
8. Slide the supported side bars assembly over the shaft and secure it at
the desired height by tightening the bolts.
Note: Be sure to tighten all the bolts of the side bars assembly.

9. Assemble the T-bar with supports. See T-bar and Side Bars

10.Slide the T-bar with supports over the top of the shaft and secure it
into place by tightening bolts.
Note: Be sure to tighten all bolts of the T-bar assembly.
