What does this warranty cover?
Most warranty repairs are handled
routinely, but sometimes requests
for warranty service may not
be appropriate. For example,
warranty service would NOT apply
if the product damage occurred
because of misuse, lack of routine
maintenance, shipping, handling,

installation. During the warranty
period, TDC USA Inc., at its option,
will repair or replace any part that,
upon examination, is found to be
defective under normal use and
service.
NORMAL WEAR: is warranty
does not cover normal wear of parts
or damage resulting from any of the
following: negligent use or misuse
of the product; improper voltage
or current; use contrary to the
operation instructions; deviation
from instructions regarding storage
and transportation; repair or

BEFORE USING YOUR AIR
FRYER FOR THE FIRST TIME
• Remove all packaging materials,
stickers, or labels.
• Clean the basket and pan with
hot water, with some dish soap,
and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Wipe inside and outside of the
appliance with a moist cloth.
• Allow to air dry completely
before use.
CAUTION:
DO NOT fill the basket with oil as
the appliance functions with hot
air.
CAUTION:
• DO NOT touch the basket
during frying and immediately
after use, as the basket is very
hot. Only hold the basket by
the handle.
1.Place the air fryer on a
level, heat resistant surface
and plug the power cord
into a wall socket.
2.Pull the basket out of the
air fryer and place the
frying pan inside with the
pan handle facing up.

4. Adjust the temperature control dial to the specified temperature
located on top of fryer.
5. Turn the timer knob to the specified cook time and now the heating
and indicator light will turn on. (e indicator light will illuminate
orange.) is means the air fryer is on and heating.
• If you want to preheat your air fryer, you can add 1-2 minutes to your
cook time. Preheat can be done without any food in the fryer. You can
pull out the basket at any time to check your food. While removing
the basket from the air fryer, please use caution and watch out for hot
steam. e air fryer will pause automatically and resume heating after
you slide the basket back into the air fryer.
• If you are cooking large amount of food, it is recommended to pull
out the basket half way through the cooking period and flip/rotate the
food inside the basket so the food is cooked evenly. (the timer does not
stop counting down.)
3. Place ingredients in the basket, then slide the basket
back into the air fryer.

1.6. Once the timer bell goes off, the frying session is complete.
Check if that the ingredients are ready. If the ingredients are
not ready yet, simply slide the pan back into the appliance and
set the timer to a few extra minutes of cook time. If the food
is cooked to your desire. Empty the food out onto a plate.
NOTE: Always clean the air fryer after every use.
NOTE: NEVER rinse or clean air fryer by submerging its housing and
electrical component under water. is can result in short circuits and
shocks that could be lethal if the appliance is active
NOTE: DO NOT use abrasive cleaning agents or materials to clean the
pan or the basket as they may damage the nonstick coating.
1.Unplug the air fryer from the wall outlet and wait for it to cool. Remove
the basket from the air fryer will allow the air fryer to cool down quicker.
2.Wipe the outside of the air fryer with a moist cloth.
3. Both the frying pan and air fryer basket are both dishwasher
safe. However, for surface grease it is recommend to
hand wash each component for a deeper clean.
4.Clean the frying pan and the basket with hot water, dish soap and a non-
abrasive sponge. Use a degreasing liquid to remove any excessive residue.
5.For those tough to remove residue, fill the basket with hot
water and dish soap, then place the frying pan inside the
basket and soak for approximately ten minutes.
6.After cleaning, let the air fryer air dry completely.
7. Store the air fryer away when not in use and make
sure all the parts are clean and dry.
8.Slide the pan back into the appliance and set the timer
to a few extra minutes of cook time. If the food is cooked
to your desire. Empty the food out onto a plate.
CAUTION: DO NOT turn the basket upside down when picking food out
from the frying basket. Excess HOT oil collects inside the frying basket.
Always use locking food tongs to remove any larger ingredient such as
chicken, beef, or other meat.

• Toss foods that you are preparing from scratch, such as French Fries
or other vegetables, it is recommended to use a small amount of oil to
promote browning and crispiness
• When air frying vegetables, make sure to pat them dry completely before
tossing with oil to ensure maximum crispiness
• When air frying battered food, use thick pasty batters. in batters will
run not set fast enough like they do in a deep fryer
• Air fryer are great for reheating food. To reheat food, set the temperature
to 300ºF for up to 10 minutes.

Brussels Sprouts
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
• 1 lb. brussels sprouts,
trimmed and
halved length wise
(approximately 4 cups)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 tablespoon Italian
seasoning
• 1/2 tablespoon garlic
powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground
black pepper, or to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and
toss to combine and coat brussels sprouts
evenly. Transfer brussels sprouts to air fryer
basket.
2. Turn air fryer on to 350 F and cook for 12
minutes, until brussels sprouts are cooked
through and golden brown on the edges.

Roasted Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
• 1 cup broccoli orets
• ½ cup sweet red peppers
• ½ cup diced
mushrooms
• ½ cup diced cauliower
• ½ cup diced zucchini
• 1 teaspoon Italiano
seasoning
• ½ teaspoon olive oil
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black paper
1. Combine all ingredients into a large
mixing bowl, and toss to combine.
2. Transfer into air fryer basket and air fry at
350F for 7-8 minutes, depending on how
well done you would like the vegetables.
Give the basket a shake halfway through.
3. Remove from air fryer basket,
and serve with protein.

Sweet Potato Fries
• 1 lb Sweet Potatoes slice
into even ¼” thick sticks
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1. Cut potatoes into ¼” thick slices
2. Place sliced potatoes into cold water,
soak in cold water for 30 minutes
3. Remove potatoes from water and pat dry
before placing in a large mixing bowl
4. Place sweet potato in a large mixing bowl
and toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic
powder until lightly coated
5. Place seasoned potatoes onto the air fryer
pan without overcrowding the pan
6. Place basket in air fryer and cook at
350F for 12 minutes, turning halfway
7. Serve immediately with your
favorite dipping sauce.

Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
• 1 lb. chicken wing split
into ats and drumettes
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon granulated
sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• Chopped parsley
• Ranch dressing or bleu
cheese for serving
1. Place chicken wings in a seal-able plastic bag.
Add olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic
powder in the bag. Shake well to combine, press
air out of the bag and seal tightly. Press the
marinade around the chicken to fully coat. Place
in the fridge and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 380F. when heated, coat
the frying pan with cooking spray.
3. Place the chicken wings in the air fryer so
they are not touching. Cook for 10 minutes
and then increase the temperature to 400F
and cook for another 6 -8 minutes until
the chicken wings are crisp and golden.
4. Garnish the chicken wing with parsley and
serve with ranch dressing on the side.

• 1 lb. chicken tenderloins
• 2 large eggs, beaten

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Place our, egg and panko bread crumbs in
3 separate bowls. Add salt, pepper and olive
oil to the panko bread crumb and mix well.
3. Dip chicken in the our, then the egg, then
into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly
coated.
4. Preheat air fryer to 3300F.
5. In batches, cook the chicken 5 to 6
minutes on each side, for a total of
12 minutes turning halfway, until
the chicken is cooked through and
crispy and golden on the outside.

Black Cod
with Black Bean Sauce
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
• 1 lb. (400 g) cod llet
• 1 tablespoon minced
garlic
• 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
• 1 teaspoon granulated
sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black
pepper
• chopped cilantro, for
garnish
• ½ tablespoon fermented
black bean sauce
• ½ teaspoon of sugar
• 1 tablespoon water
• ½ teaspoon sesame oil
• 2 stalks scallions
1. In a large seal-able plastic bag, add garlic,
oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Shake
well to combine. Add cod llet into the
bag, press the air out of the bag and seal
tightly. Press the marinade around the
cod to coat it evenly. Place bag in the
fridge and marinate for least 30 minutes.
2. Remove the marinated cod out of the bag
and place it on the air frying pan, spaced
evenly. Cook at 350F for 17 minutes.
3. In the meantime, prepare the black bean
seasoning sauce. In a small bowl, add
fermented black bean sauce, water, sugar,
scallions and sesame oil. Stir to mix evenly

and place on a plate. Garnish with
cilantro. Pour the black bean sauce
over top of the sh and serve.

Soy Maple Glazed Salmon
• 1 lb. salmon
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 clove minced garlic
• ½ teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground
black pepper
1. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy
sauce, orange juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. On a baking dish, add the salmon and turn
to coat with the maple syrup mixture.
3. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the
refrigerator for 20 minutes.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 395F for 5
minutes. Place salmon onto air fryer
frying pan inside the basket
5. Set the cook time for 9 – 12 minutes
and set the temperate at 395F
6. Cook until it is easily aked with a fork.
7. Serve over bed of greens.

Lamb Chops
with Mustard-Herb Marinade
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
• 8 pieces of lamb chops
• 2 teaspoons Dijon
mustard
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon rosemary
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon cracked black
pepper
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• ¼ teaspoon salt
1. Make the marinade by combining Dijon
mustard, olive oil, rosemary, garlic,
oregano, black pepper, thyme, and salt,
in a medium bowl and mix well.
2. Place lamb chops into a seal-able plastic bag and
pour in the marinade. Press the air out of the
bag and seal tightly. Press the marinade around
the lamb chops to fully coat. Place into the
fridge and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up
to overnight.
3. Place 3 pieces of marinated lamb chops onto
the frying rack on top of the air frying basket,
and space them out evenly. Cook at 390 F for
10 minutes, ipping the lamb chops once,
halfway through, to ensure even cooking.
4. Once done, leave the lamb chops inside the
hot air fryer for another 5 minutes. is
keeps the lamb chops warm and ensures that
it is thoroughly cooked yet still tender.
5. Season with additional salt to taste.

Steak Tips
With Asparagus
• 1.5 lb. steak (Rib-eye) cut
into cubes
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper,
freshly ground
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon dried onion
powder
• 1 teaspoon steak
seasoning
• 1 lb. Asparagus, tough
ends trimmed (could
replace with spears of
zucchini)
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon olive oil
1. Cut away any fats of the steak and cut the steak
into cubes. en, prepare the marinade by
combining oil, salt, pepper, steak seasoning,
onion and garlic powder together and massage it
into the meat to coat evenly. Store this in a sealed
plastic bag for marinate for at least 20 minutes.
2. Aer 20 minutes, start by preheating the
air fryer at 400F for about 5 minutes.
3. Take the meat out from the bag and spread
the prepared meat on top of the frying
pan. Cook the beef steak tips for about 4-6
minutes and check it is fully cooked.
4. Toss the asparagus with 1/2 tsp oil and
1/4 tsp salt until evenly coated.
5. Once the steak bites are browned to your liking,
toss them around and move to one side. Add
the asparagus to the other side of the air fryer
basket and cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Remove the steak tips and the asparagus
to a serving plate and serve while hot.
