Turning on the transmitter
1.Press the power button for 1 second
2.The power indicator will glow.
GREEN : enough power
RED : battery low or during
charging
Turning off the transmitter
Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds and the indicator light will go
off.

Press the mute button to activate or cancel muting.

To add music as background music, just input
your audio signal to AUX IN In a museum tour,
you may also input the respective prerecorded
introductions for various galleries.

Charging can be done by either mini USB or the charging box HC-520.
The charging process takes approximately four hours.

members. And release to stop.

Reception indicator
The LED stays green within the reception
range from the tour guide. Once beyond
the reception range, it will flash red and
beep as a warning of dropout.
GREEN : signal OK
RED +beep sound:
signal weak
Battery charging

USB or the dedicated charging box.

RED : battery low or during
charging
LED OFF: fully charged
The charging process takes approximately four hours.

Pairing DCT-511 and DCR-511
Even though the transmitter and receiver (in the same package) were
ready paired at the factory, it is highly recommended that before the tour
begins, the receivers should do a fresh pairing with the specific tour
leader’s transmitter.
1.Turn off DCT-511 and
DCR-511
2.Press DCT-511’s power
button for 5 seconds
3.The mute indicator
flashes green to imply
readiness to pair.
OFF
GREEN flashes, lasting
14 seconds for pairing.
4.Press DCR-511’s power button for 5
seconds.
5.DCR-511’s signal led will glow.
GREEN : pairing done
RED : pairing failed.
Remarks
Before pairing, please make sure that the battery has enough power and
then turn off the devices. Pairing isn’t workable if the power is weak with
indicator glowing RED.
To synchronize mass receivers with the transmitter, just follow STEP 4
on all receivers simultaneously.
Once the transmitter and receiver are paired, they will stay paired and no
pairing is needed for usages later on.
