1. Product Precautions
1) T26 ground terminal is matched with airborne unit to use together.
2) T26 is integrated with all-in-one video& telemetry&RC link V21. Frequency:
800MHz, 1.4GHz and 2.4GHz for choice(3 RF modules in one).
3) The ground unit is with built-in 8.4v battery (2S lithium battery). The airborne
unit needs external power input DC7.4-12V(2S-3S lithium battery). Please power
the system in strict accordance with specifications.
4) With improper operation, the aircraft may cause a certain degree of injury and
damage to human and the system, please be sure to pay attention to safety during
use.
5) In order to better serve customers, our R&D team has been upgrading and
optimizing the product. The software and firmware are being upgraded
frequently. There may be incompatibilities between different firmware versions.
Please pay attention to asking the supplier for the latest software firmware and
technical support.
6) Software and firmware version example:
<Parameter Setting Software>: HZY_T26 V1.0.0.4; T26 remote controller
firmware: TLC16-0.1.1-1.0; Airborne unit V21 firmware: V21RX-0.0.2-1.0.
7) The software, firmware, drivers and port conversion tools covered in this
manual will be updated from time to time on our website, so please visit our
website to download them, or contact us directly.
8) If you encounter any problem that cannot be solved during installation or use
of the product, please contact us.
2. Disclaimer
Thank you for purchasing the T26 hand-held remote-control station. Please use it
in accordance with local radio control regulations and read this statement
carefully before using it. Once used, it shall be deemed to endorse and accept all

contents of this statement. Please strictly follow this instruction to install and use
the product. The supplier will not bear any legal liability for any result or loss
caused by improper use, installation, final assembly or modification of the
product.
2.1 Installation Note
1) Be sure to use the spare parts provided by Chinowing.
2) Be sure to install the antennas before power-on to avoid the damage to the
circuit.
3) Try to make the receiver antenna without obstruction, and the end part of the
antenna is vertically downward without bending, so as to avoid shortening the
communication distance or even failing to communicate due to obstruction.
4) Do not disassemble or refit without permission. If you encounter any problem
that cannot be solved during installation, please contact us directly.
5) During installation, keep proper distance between electronic devices to
minimize electromagnetic interference.
2.2 Precautions for Use
1) Before use, please make sure that all connection wires are fastened reliably
and all components work normally.
2) Please open the <RC Configuration Software> and check whether the
channels are normal.
3) Please check the surrounding environment to ensure that there is no
interference from other devices, otherwise T26 data transmission performance
will be seriously affected.

4) Ensure that the antennas are free from obstacles and bends during use, and
stay away from large metal structural parts as far as possible to avoid
communication obstruction.
5) Check the power of the remote control before use. If the <Parameters
Configuration Software> shows that power is low, please charge the remote
control timely. If the remote control is turned off, the receiver has entered the
state of out-of-control protection. Stop using it when the battery is too low. Don't
rely on the device's low-power alarm, which is only a precaution and tells you
when to charge. T26 can work continuously for 8hs with full battery capacity and
takes about4hs to be fully charged.
3. Product Introduction
T26 is all-in-one handheld ground control station integrated with remote
controller. Video&telemetry&RC link and industrial computer. High integration,
small size, easy operation.
Dual SBUS design, the user can assign each channel to preferred joysticks,
switches and buttons. T26 has 10 analog channels, 2 pull wheels and 10 buttons.
Frequency hopping technology. There are 3 frequencies for choice, 800MHz,
1.4GHz and 2.4GHz. The bandwidth supports 1.4MHz-20MHz.
With MIL grade, it has been widely used in unmanned vehicles as well as other
remotely-controlled vehicles.

① Data receiving indicator: light will flicker in the condition of data receiving.
② Date transmitting indicator: light will flicker in the condition of data
transmitting.
③ Signal strength indicator: S3 ON, signal is weak; S3 and S2 ON, signal is
moderate; S3, S2 and S1 ON, signal is strong.
④SET button: used for firmware upgrading, serial port baud rate setting, Failsafe

6. Remote Control Operation
6.1 Remote Control&Computer Power-on and Power-Off
Please pay attention to the power button, the computer power indicator and the
remote control power indications (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) during the switching
on and off of the T26. The computer and the remote control use the same button
to control the switching on and off of the T26.
1. Power on: short press the computer power button, the computer power
indicator lights up and the RC power indicators flashing in running light status
and accompanied by a buzzer sound, then it is powered on.
2. Power off: through the computer Windows icon start menu, select the
shutdown button. The remote control will be automatically shut down after the
computer is switched off or force it to shut down through a long press of the
power button for 5 seconds.
Please do not force the computer to shut down during normal use, as
there is a risk of damage to the computer's hard drive.
When not using the computer for a long time, please turn the
computer off in time to avoid consuming power for a long time in
standby.
If you find that the computer cannot be turned on by pressing the
power button. It is likely that the battery is low, please use the

standard adapter to charge the T26 and then press the power button
to turn on the computer.
6.2 Remote Control Charging
T26 remote control is used with 6800mAh lithium battery. The computer is
with built-in quick release lithium ion battery 3220mAH. The RC data link
module can work normally with in 1W power. T26 can work about 8hs with
fully charged battery. If the power indicator shows low battery power, please
stop flying and recharge the T26 in time.
1. Plug the standard adapter of RC into a 220V socket and the adapter output
end into the T26 charging port to charge the computer and remote control
(adapter output: 16V/4A).
2. When the computer indicator turns from red to green, it means the battery
is fully charged. The user can check the charging status based on the T26
power indicator.
Notes:
Please use the standard adapter supplier provides for charging, do not use
other types of chargers that do not meet the specifications for charging.
For longer working time, an external battery can be used to increase the
battery life.

7. V21 Video Link Module Operation and Use
7.1 V21 Receiver Connection Instruction
Switch on the remote control, power on the V21 receiver(7.4-24V). After the
successful connection of two modules (S1, S2 and S3 lights are always on and CPU
indicator is constantly ON, this process takes about 1min), the device can be used
normally.
All parameters of the remote control and receiver module have been configured
well at the factory and can be used directly. If the user wants to modify the serial
port baud rate and the IP address of the LAN port, please refer to the
corresponding chapter.

8. The use of Serial Port Data Link of T26 and
Receiver T26
Default baud rate of serial port: 115200. Pls follow the below steps to connect
flight control and GCS software.
1. Connect the flight control to the airborne unit, pls pay much attention to the
cable sequence and make sure the baud rate of flight control port must be the
same with that of the serial port.
2. Connect the ground station software to the ground unit, note that the cable
sequence and make sure the baud rate of the selected port of the ground station
software must be the same as that of the serial port.
3. COM22 on the PC side is the dedicated port for <the Parameters Configuration
Software>. COM21 is the serial data transmission port for the remote control.

Long press the SET key (approx. 2 seconds) after powering on the airborne unit.
Release it when RX and TX indicators are ON, it indicates entering the serial port
baud rate modification mode. After entering the mode, short press the SET key
(<1 second) to switch the corresponding baud rate. The corresponding LED light
always ON represents the corresponding baud rate, as follows.

After finishing the setting, long press the SET key (about 2 seconds) and release
the key when TX and RX indicators light up at the same time. After releasing, the
indicators will return to normal working status. The baud rate can only take effect
after the modification is completed and the modules are powered on again.
The baud rate of the airborne unit must be changed to the same as that of the flight
control, ground unit or other equipment in order to communicate.
9. T26 Internal Network Card Use
The V21 data link is already connected to the LAN port of the internal module of
the T26 remote control and can be used directly. The receiver V21 can be
connected to a LAN camera by using a LAN-to-4pin cable. After finishing the
setting of the IP address, the video can be transmitted.

1. The IP addresses of T26 and V21 are all set to the same network segment.
Airborne unit: 192.168.168.2 Ground unit: 192.168.168.1
2. When connecting IPC devices or other network devices to the LAN port of the
airborne unit, the IP addresses of V21 and T26 can be ignored. Just set the IP
camera to the same network segment as the mobile devices connected to T26.

3After entering, there are 2 internal network cards, Remote NDIS based
Internet Sharing Device or ASIX AX88772C USB2.0 to Fast Ethernet
Adapter #6. 2 network cards both can communicate to the LAN port of
the airborne unit.

4Select the one of the local connection to the data link of the ground end,
right click the attribution
5Select Internet IPV4 protocol, set the fixed IP address, IP address should
be in the same network segment of the camera. For example: camera
IP is 192.168.167.10, set the local IP to192.168.167.xxx(0~25, expect
10). After the modification, click OK when finishing the modification.
6Use pull streaming software such as VLC media player to capture and
play back the video data.

● The IP address of the V21 can be ignored when pulling streams to get video. Just change
the local IP of the tablet to the same network segment as the webcam

10. Video Display
10.1 Display the Video in Mission Planner
1.Press the right mouse button (or long press) in the HUD window
2.Click VIDEO
3.Click GetGstreamer source
4.Enter the following address (Note size set and half symbols)

videoconvert ! video/x-raw,format=BGRA ! appsink name=outsink
5.For the first time usage, download the relevant software package and wait for
the download to complete. Restart software.
6.After finishing steps 1-5, the camera video source can be obtained.
