studs
spaced

its
output

be
blocked

or

not
mount
the

in
the
same

I grille. Attach wire to the IA-I

terminals
on
the side
of
the
unit.
To
avoid
da
mage
to
your
amplifier,
be
sure
to
maintain
correct
polarity when making all connections -
red
(posi
tive)
to
red
and
bl
a
ck
(negative)
to
black.
Be
sure
all
connections
are
tight,
that
there
are
no
loose
strands or
fraved
wi
r
es.

Set
the
IA-IWS
I
into
opening
and
use
drill
to
tighten
the
three
screws at lop
and
bottom
of
the
subwoofer
to
engage
the
sheetrock
dogs.
Use
the
four included
wood
screws
to
a
tt
ach
the
subwoofer
to
the
nearby
studs
through
the
four
angled
side
holes.
Do
not overtighten.
Protect
the
drivers
wi
th
the
paint
mask
and
remove
grille
before
painting
the
baffle
edge
as
well
as
the
gr
ille
as
necessary.
Carefully
push
the
grille
into
groove
on
the
front baffle of
the
I
A-
IWSI. T
he
installation
is
now
complete.
T
est
the
installat
ion
with
bass
audio
mat
erial
and
check
for
buzzes,
rattles,
air
leaks
and
address
accordingly.
Note: Consult
the
IA-400
amplifier manual for proper
set-up and
usage
, including auto-
eq
, presets,
and
system
integration
features.
