If you will be hanging or mounting the
SHoW Baby units, attach the
mounting brackets to the bottom of
the units using the screws provided
and a Phillips driver.
Mount the units so that there is an
unobstructed line of sight between
them. The effective range is up to 300
feet indoors or up to 1500 feet
outdoors, depending on conditions.
Attach the 2dBi Omni-directional
antennas to the units. For best results
in use, they should be positioned
vertically.
Connect a cable from your controller or
console to the DMX input connector of
the Show Baby unit which will serve as
the transmitter. The Tx LED on the front
panel will light up.
Connect a DMX cable from the output
connector on the receiving SHoW
Baby unit(s) to the first device you
wish to control. The Rx LED will light
up. Connect additional devices (up to
32 devices may be chained together).
Connect the AC adapters to the units
and plug in to mains power supply.
All units within the system must share
the same Show ID. To set each unit,
press the recessed SET ID button on
the rear panel.
As the button is pressed, the color of
the ID/DATA LED changes on the front
panel. There are 5 color/ID number
choices. Set each unit within the sytem
to the same color.
The transmitter is now set to the
same Show ID as the receiver.

As your controller or console sends DMX
data to the transmitter, the "Data/ID" LED will
illuminate. The transmitter now sends the
DMX data wirelessly to the receiving unit(s)
As DMX data is received by the receiver(s),
the signal strength LED's will illuminate. If
the signal is weak (two or less LED's),
confirm that the transmitter and receiver are
in an unobstructed line of sight and that the
antennas are oriented vertically.
