The appliance must not be used by children or by unfit
persons without suitable supervision.
This appliance is intended to be used by experienced
or trained users in shops, light industry and on farms,
or for commercial use by non-experts.
Do not touch the appliance with bare feet or with wet
or damp parts of the body.
Do not tamper with or modify safety or control devices
without authorisation and instructions from the manu-
facturer.
Do not pull, detach or twist the cables connected to
the unit, even if disconnected from the mains power
supply.
Do not spray or throw water directly on the appliance.
Never place anything through the air intake or supply
grills.
Do not remove any protective devices without having
first disconnected the appliance from the power sup-
ply.
Do not dispose of or leave within reach of children
packaging materials, as they may represent a hazard.
Do not install in an explosive or corrosive atmosphere,
in damp places, outdoors or in very dusty environ-
ments.
The appliance can be used by persons over the age
of eight, or with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, as
long as they have been given supervision or instruc-
tion concerning safe use of the appliance.
Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance operations intended for
the user must not be carried out by children without
supervision.
Before performing any work, make sure that:
1 - The appliance is not powered on.
2 - Close the coil water supply valve and wait for it to
cool down.
3 - Near the appliance or appliances, in an easily
accessible position, install a safety switch that dis-
connects power to the unit.
During installation, maintenance and repairs, for safe-
ty reasons, always observe the following require-
ments:
• Always use work gloves.
• Do not expose the unit to flammable gases.
• Do not place objects on the grills.
• Be sure to connect the earth.
When transporting the unit, it can be lifted by one
operator (for weights less than 30 kg) or by two oper-
ators.
Lift it slowly, making sure it does not fall.
Do not place objects or the hands into the fans.
Do not remove the safety labels affixed inside the
appliance.
If these are illegible, request their replacement.
When replacing components, always request original
spare parts.
• This instruction manual is intended for the user of
the unit, the owner and the installer, and must be
available for reference at all times.
• The manual is intended for the user, maintenance
technician and installer of the unit.
• The instruction manual serves to describe the
intended use of the unit according to its design, its
technical features, and to provide instructions for
correct use, cleaning and adjustment; it also pro-
vides important instructions for maintenance, on any
residual risks and in any case on any operations
that need to be carried out with special care.
• This manual is considered a part of the unit and
must be KEPT FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, until
the unit is decommissioned and dismantled.
• The instruction manual must be available for ref-
erence at all times and kept in a sheltered and dry
place.
• If lost or damaged, the user can request a new man-
ual from the manufacturer or its dealer, specifying
the model of the unit and its serial number, shown
on the rating plate.
• This manual reflects the state-of-the-art at the time
of writing; the manufacturer reserves the right to
update subsequent products and manuals without
being required to update previous versions.
The manufacturer declines all liability in the event of:
- improper or incorrect use of the unit;
- use not in accordance with what is expressly speci-
fied in this publication;
- severe failings in routine and recommended mainte-
nance;
- modifications or any unauthorised work on the unit;
- use of non-original spare parts or not specific for the
model;
- total or partial failure to comply with the instructions;
- exceptional events.
