• Click Next
• REQUIRED! CREATE USER NAME.
CREATE PASSWORD USING
EXACTLY 8 NUMBERS, click Next
• If information for HDD, Network,
Email, and/or Record Schedule is
unknown, click Next to skip them
• Stop at General System Configuration
and enter date and time
• Click Save

• IMPORTANT! VIEW CAMERAS
ON MONITOR TO MAKE SURE
THEY ARE WORKING PROPERLY
BEFORE MOUNTING THEM!
• Place cameras under eaves and cable
connections inside walls to shelter
them from rain and direct sunlight
• Mount cameras using supplied hardware
Default Settings
• Every camera will record all the time:
Rwill show on screen and red
HDD light on DVR will blink
• Motion detected recording will be OFF:
Mwill show on screen if motion is
detected, but DVR will not record
• Camera Recording Resolution will
be set to 1920 x 1080, FPS will
be 15, and Bitrate will be 4096

1Connect DVR to Router
• Connect one end of Ethernet Cable to LAN port on DVR
• Connect other end to open LAN port on Router
2Go to Parameter >Network
• Make sure DHCP is selected, then click Save
• IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway and
DNS1 should automatically fill in
• Enable UPNP, then click Save
3Install RXCamView app to Mobile Device
• For Android, go to Google Play Store
• For Apple, go to App Store
• Download and open app
• Tap Device icon
• Tap + to add device
• Tap Manual to manually input information from DVR
• Device Name: Name the Device (Optional)
• Login Type: Device ID
• Tap QR Code and point device at ID QR Code on
top of DVR or manually enter the ID number
• Media Port: 9000
• User Name: Use DVR User Name (case sensitive)
• Password: Use DVR Password (exactly 8 numbers)
• Click Save
If system fails to connect you will need to
contact your Internet Service Provider
