INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND CARE
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, BASIC SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED INCLUDING THE
FOLLOWING.
1. Use this fan only as described in this manual. Other use not
recommended may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
2. High velocity fans are designed to create rapid air movement,
therefore make sure the fan is not placed near drapes, curtains or any
objects that may be drawn into the fan inlet.
3. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse unit, plug or cord
in water or spray with liquids.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children.
5. Unplug the fan from the outlet when not in use, when moving fan from
one location to another, servicing and before cleaning.
6. Do not operate fan in the presence for explosive and / or flammable
fumes.
7. Do not place the fan or any parts near an open flame, cooking or
other heating appliance.
8. Avoid contact with moving fan parts.
9. To disconnect, grip the plug and pull it from the wall outlet, Never
yank the cord.
10.Always use on a dry level surface.
11.Do not hang or mount fan on a wall or ceiling.
12.Do not operate without the fan grills properly in place.
13.Be sure to center this fan when using it on an elevated surface and be
careful not to place the fan too close to the edge or that surface.
14.Do not use outdoors.
15.Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or
let it touch any hot surfaces.
16.This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does fit fully in the oultlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do
not attempt to defeat this safety feature. avoid a hazard.
WARNING: To reduce the risk or fire or electrical shock, DO NOT
USE THIS FAN with any SOLID STATE Speed Control Device.
OPERATION
1. Set your fan on a level dry surface.
2. Plug the power cord into a grounded 120VAC wall outlet.
3. To operate your fan, turn the control knob to the desired fan speed Low (I),High (II)
or Super (III).
4. Adjust The fan head to your desired angle.
CARE AND STORAGE
1. Turn the Control to OFF and UNPLUG THE FAN BERORE COLEANING.
2. Use only a soft damp cloth to clean the fan.
3. DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the motor
housing.
4. Do not use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.
5. Store the fan in its original box or cover the fan to protect it from dust. Store it in a
cool dry place.
