Please read this entire manual before using this device, paying
extra attention to these safety warnings and guidelines. Please
keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
This device is intended for indoor use only.
Do not expose this device to water or moisture of any kind.
Do not touch the device, the power cord, or any other
connected cables with wet hands.
Do not expose this device to excessively high
temperatures. Do not place it in, on, or near heat sources,
such as a fireplace, stove, radiator, etc. Do not leave it in
direct sunlight.
Do not place or install this device in an area where it can
be exposed to excessive amounts of dust, humidity, oil,
smoke, or combustible vapors.
Prior to operation, check the unit for physical damage. Do
not use if physical damage has occurred.
Ensure that power is turned off and disconnected before
making any electrical connections.
Remove the battery from the controller if it will go unused
for a lengthy period of time.

Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical
cleaners, solvents, or detergents. For stubborn deposits,
moisten the cloth with warm water.
This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt
to open, service, or modify this device.
Cables run through the wall must be rated for in-wall use.

Rear Panel
1. Power: Power connector for connecting an AC power cord
(not included).
2. FM: Connector for attaching an FM antenna (not included).
3. GND: Connector for attaching the signal ground/common.
4. AUX1: Connectors for attaching the left and right channel
inputs from a line level source.
5. 485: Connectors for attaching an RS-485 control cable.
6. SPEAKER 8Ω: Connectors for attaching the left and right
channel speakers.
Remote Control
1. Standby: Press the button to turn the system on or to put
it into standby mode.
2. EQ: Not used.

3. Control Pad: The control pad consists of
five buttons, including Play/Pause,
Previous Track, Next Track, Volume Up,
and Volume Down.
4. Mode: Press the button to cycle through
the FM, USB, microSD™, Bluetooth®,
AUX inputs.
5. Mute: Press the button to turn audio muting on or off.
6. Null: Not used.
7. Play Mode: Press the button to toggle between the Play
all,Repeat all,Shuffle,Play 1,and Repeat 1 play modes. This
is only available for the USB and SD™ input modes.
8. Keypad: In SD™and USB playback modes, use the keypad
to directly select the track to play.
INSTALLATION
Important! Installation of structural materials and electric wiring
should always be performed by a qualified contractor or engineer.
All cables should be rated for in-wall use.
1. Select a location for the amplifier. Ensure that there are no
obstructions behind the wall.
2. Using a drywall saw, cut a 3 5/16" x 3 5/16" (84.13 x 84.13
mm) square hole in the wall.

3. Ensure that the power cord and audio cabling is installed in
the wall to the amplifier installation location.
4. Punch open needed holes in the back can, then pull the
cables through the hole(s). Be sure to keep the power cord
as far as possible from the audio cables.
5. Fit the back can into the hole, then use self-tapping screws
(not included) to secure it to at least one stud or frame.
6. Select two buckles in either the A or B direction, as
indicated in the image below. Pull the outer edge of it so
that the snap is disengaged. Carefully disconnect the front
panel from the amplifier base.
7. Make all audio and control connections to the amplifier
connectors. Be sure to match polarity for all connections to
ensure proper function and quality of sound.

8. Connect the amplifier base to the back can using the 2
included machine screws.
9. Attach the front panel to the amplifier base.
OPERATION
Main Menu
After about 30 seconds of inactivity, the display will turn
off. Touch the screen to turn the display back on again.

FM Radio Mode
Touch the FM icon on the Main Menu to enter the FM
screen.
Repeatedly touch the <and >icons flanking the frequency
reading to manually tune an FM frequency in 0.1MHz
increments.
Touch the 🔍icon to start the automatic channel search.
When a station with a strong enough signal is found, the
scan will pause and save the frequency to the saved
presets.
Touch the ≣icon in the top right corner to enter the FM
LIST screen, which displays a list of the saved presets.
The number on the right side of the FM LIST screen is the
page indicator. The number to the left of the slash is the
current page and the number to the right of the slash is the
total number of pages of saved presets.

Touch the ˄and ˅icons on the FM LIST screen to change
the current page. If there is only a single page of saved
presets, the icons will have no function.
Touch one of the frequencies on the FM LIST screen to
change to that station. The screen will change back to the
FM screen.
Touch the ᛁ⊲and ⊳ᛁicons to cycle through the saved
presets.
Touch the ♥icon to manually save the current frequency
to the saved presets.
Touch the icon to change the center section of the
screen to show the volume slider control. Drag the control
to change the volume. After about 5 seconds of inactivity,
the center section will change back to the station controls.
Touch the icon in the lower left corner to exit the FM
screen.
After about 30 seconds of inactivity, the display will turn
off. Touch the screen to turn the display back on again.

USB Mode
Plug a USB flash drive into the USB port on the bottom
panel.
Touch the USB icon on the Main Menu to enter the USB
screen.
The icon to the right of the track progress bar indicates the
play mode. Touch the icon to cycle through the available
play modes. The play modes are represented by the
following icons:
Sequential playback of all files
Repeat sequential playback of all files
Shuffle playback of all files
Playback the current file, then stop playback
Repeat playback of the current file

Touch the ≣icon in the top right corner to enter the USB
SONG LIST screen, which displays a list of all playable
tracks on the USB flash drive.
The number on the right side of the USB SONG LIST screen
is the page indicator. The number to the left of the slash is
the current page and the number to the right of the slash is
the total number of pages of tracks on the USB flash drive.
Touch the ˄and ˅icons on the USB SONG LIST screen to
change the current page. If there is only a single page of
tracks, the icons will have no function.
Touch one of the tracks on the USB SONG LIST screen to
start playback of that track. The screen will change back to
the USB screen.
Touch the icon to start or resume playback and the
icon to pause playback.
Touch the ᛁ⊲icon to skip back to the previous track or
touch the ⊳ᛁicon to skip forward to the next track.
Touch the icon to change the center section of the
screen to show the volume slider control. Drag the control
to change the volume. After about 5 seconds of inactivity,
the center section will change back to the playback
controls.
Touch the icon in the lower left corner to exit the USB
screen.

SD Mode
Insert a microSD™ card into the microSD card slot on the
bottom panel.
Touch the microSD™ icon on the Main Menu to enter the
SD™ screen.
The icon to the right of the track progress bar indicates the

following icons:
Sequential playback of all files
Repeat sequential playback of all files

the SD screen.

Bluetooth Mode
Touch the Bluetooth® icon on the Main Menu to enter the
Bluetooth screen.
If your device is not already paired with the amplifier, open
its Bluetooth settings and scan for nearby devices. Locate
and select the MP36375 entry. If prompted for a passcode,
enter 1234. If the amplifier is not found, ensure that no
other devices are paired.
Touch the icon to start or resume playback and the
icon to pause playback.

Touch the ᛁ⊲icon to skip back to the previous track or
touch the ⊳ᛁicon to skip forward to the next track.
Touch the icon to change the center section of the

AUX Mode
Touch the AUX icon on the Main Menu to enter the AUX
screen.
Drag the slider control in the middle of the screen to adjust
the volume.
Touch the icon in the lower left corner to exit the AUX
screen.

Settings Screen
Touch the icon on the Main Menu to enter the Settings
screen.
The number on the right side of the screen is the page
indicator. The number to the left of the slash is the current
page and the number to the right of the slash is the total
number of pages.
Touch the ˄and ˅icons to change the current page.
Backlight: Sets the amount of time of inactivity before the
display turns off. Use the <and >icons to change the
setting. You can select 10S, 30S, 60S, or Never.

Light: Drag the slider control to set the screen brightness.
Treble: Drag the slider control to set the treble response
from -6dB to +6dB.
Bass: Drag the slider control to set the bass response from
-6dB to +6dB.
Address: Use the <and >icons to set the hex address for
RS-485 control.
Language: Use the <and >icons set the menu language to
English or Chinese.
Baud Rate: Use the <and >icons to set the transfer rate to
4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, or 115200 baud.
AUX Sensitivity: Use the <and >icons to set the AUX input
gain to 500mV or 1000mV.
Bluetooth Name: Displays the Bluetooth® pairing ID
(MP36375).
Bluetooth Code: Displays the Bluetooth passcode (1234).
Version: Displays the firmware version (V1.0.0-V12). Touch
the Upgrade button under the version number to upgrade
the firmware from a firmware file stored on the microSD™
card.
Touch the icon in the lower left corner to exit the
SETTINGS screen.
