IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not immerse cord or
plug in water or other liquid. Do not immerse cooktop.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to
cool before putting on or taking off parts.

12. To disconnect, turn any control to “OFF”, then remove plug from
wall outlet.
13. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
14. Do not place metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids
on the Induction Cooker.
15. Do Not Cook on Broken Cook-Top-If cook-top should break,
cleaning solutions and spillovers may penetrate the broken cook-
top and create a risk of electric shock.

16. Clean Cook-Top with Caution-If a wet sponge or cloth is used to
wipe spills on a hot cooking area, be careful to avoid steam burn,
some cleaners can produce noxious fumes if applied to a hot
surface.
17. Do not operate for more than 60 minutes during a 2 hours period.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the
risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to t into a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not t into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
POWER SUPPLY CORD
1. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in
or tripping over a longer cord.
2. If the power supply cord is too short, do not use an extension cord. Have a
qualied electrician or serviceman install an outlet near the appliance.
3. WARNING - DO NOT USE WITH EXTENSION CORD.
4. WARNING - RISK OF FIRE
It is important the plug ts tightly into the wall outlet. If the plug does not t
securely and appears loose, it should not be used. Have a licensed electrician
replace the receptacle.
NOTE: Neither Commercial Chef nor the dealer can accept any liability for damage to
the product or personal injury resulting from failure to observe the electrical
connection procedures.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- When unpacking your unit, make sure that you carefully remove all of the
packaging materials.
- Before using the appliance for the rst time, be sure that it is placed horizontally at
least 10 cm away from all sides of the wall, curtains, etc.
- Use an individual socket with more than 15A capacity. Never use a universal socket
or share a socket with other appliances.
- The appliance must be placed on a at, rm and dry surface. Never move the
appliance when it is on and working.
- When using the appliance you can hear a noise due to high frequency
electromagnetic wave. This is normal and non dangerous.

STARTING YOUR APPLIANCE
After inserting the plug into the socket, a “Beep” will sound and the indicator display
will ash, indicating the appliance is connected to a power source and in standby
mode.
Do Not put an empty container on the ceramic plate before switching on the
appliance.
NOTE: During standby mode, if no function button is pressed for approximately 60
seconds, the induction cooker will switch off automatically.
When cooking/on mode is active, if there is no proper pot on the ceramic plate, the
induction cooker will switch off automatically a few seconds later (no more than 60
seconds).
POWER FUCTION: In order to select the power intensity you can:
- Either press the + (7) or - (8) buttons
- Or select it using the temperature slider between the + and - buttons, by swiping
your nger from left to right on the button.
To guide you, lights appear above each power level.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation Work
① Clean the cookware and the induction cooker.
Please make sure there are no foreign substances
such as water and rice grains left at the bottom of
the cookware and on the induction cooker.
②Make sure the plug is connected to the power
supply, and the indicator screen displays “-- --”.
③Place suitable cookware on the center of the
cooking zone of the Induction Cooker.

Cooking Steps
① Function selection
Select one of the functions from Power/Fry/Temp,
the corresponding function indicator light will light
up;
When POWER is pressed, it will display highest
wattage setting by default.
When Temperature (TEMP) is pressed, it will
display the highest temperature (440F) setting by
default.
Preset FRY function: temperature will remain
between 320-440F. Temperature/Power cannot be
adjusted
②Press Start/Stop button to start
After selecting the function, press down the “Start/
Stop” button, the corresponding indicator light
lights up, and starts heating.
NOTE:
1.Dry heat is strictly forbidden
2.When there is no pot detected, the digital display
blinks “ ” and “ ” for notication.
③ Heat adjustment
Press the “+”and “-” buttons to adjust the heating
power accordingly.
④When cooking is nished, press the Start/Stop
button to stop operation. After the cooking is
over, press down the “Start/Stop” button and the
corresponding indicator light will turn off.

Pause
Timer
① Enable pause
In the cooking process, press the “Pause” button
to stop heating and timing, and the corresponding
indicator light lights up.
②Cancel the pause
During Pause state, press the Pause button to
return to the previous cooking/heating level and
timing operation. This also turns off the Pause
indication on the display.
③ Automatic shut-down
Induction cooker automatically returns to standby
mode during the Pause control and after 10 minutes
of operation.

Select the cooking function: “Power”, “Fry”,
“Temp.”
②Start up “Timer”
Press the “Timer” button, the digital display shows
00:00.

③ Timer adjustment
Press the “+” and “-” buttons to adjust the time
accordingly. Short press to x the regular time at
1 minute. Long press to x the regular time at 10
minutes.
④ Timer conrmation
After the digital screen ashes for 5 seconds,
the timer is conrmed, and the device enters
countdown state.
⑤ Cancel the timer
During countdown, press the “Timer” button to
cancel the current countdown operation.

To switch off the appliance, press on the Start/Stop button (6), then unplug the
socket.
POWER & TEMP. buttons adjust the power. There are 8 levels of heating power.

COMPATIBLE POTS AND CONTAINERS
It’s necessary to use suitable pots and containers. Pan test with a magnet: if the
magnet “sticks” to the base of the pan, then it is suitable for use with induction
cooking. You can also refer to the following description:

Requirement for pot materials: containing magnetic induction materials. All test
and authentication of this product is based on 430 cookware (bottom diameter
approx. 6.5-7.5”/17-19cm). Other cookware can not guarantee the best results and
performance.
Shape requirement: use pots with a diameter (on the higher part) from approx.
5.5-7”/14.5-18cm.

- Over-temperature protection. If the temperature inside the induction cooker body
is too high, the appliance will stop heating.
- Over current or voltage abnormality protection. When voltage is abnormal or
current changes abruptly, the induction cooker will stop. Once the issues are
resolved, the induction cooker will work again normally.
- Container detection system. If a pot is moved during process, the unit will stop
heating immediately. The appliance will emit a sound and about 60 seconds it will
automatically return to standby mode.
- Automatic shutdown protection. When the time selected is reached, the induction
cooker will shut off automatically until the user triggers the timer again.

CARE AND CLEANING
CARE AND CLEANING
This appliance requires little maintenance and contains no serviceable parts. Do
not attempt to repair yourself but rather contact the customer service department
mentioned in this manual for assistance.
CAUTION: Unplug from electrical outlet and allow to cool thoroughly before
cleaning. Never immerse appliance in water or any other kind of liquid and
never place in dishwasher.
NOTE: The Induction Cooker cannot be disassembled for cleaning.
1. Wipe lid, base, and cooking plates with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive soap or
dishwashing detergent. Wipe with a clean, soft, damp cloth and towel dry.
NOTE: To protect the non-stick surface, use only plastic, nylon or wooden utensils.
2. To remove any pizza dough from the cooking plates, pour a small amount of
cooking oil on to the hardened pizza dough. Allow to set for 5 minutes then wipe
softened pizza dough off with a paper towel or soft cloth.
3. For best results, use only products with directions stating that they are safe for
use on non-stick cooking surfaces.
NOTE: Do NOT use steel wool or coarse scouring pads.
STORAGE
• Always unplug the Induction Cooker before storage.
• Always make sure the Induction Cooker is cool and dry before storing.
• To minimize storage space in your kitchen, the Induction Cooker can be stored
vertically.

BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SERVICE
IF THE APPLIANCE FAILS TO OPERATE:
A) Check to make sure that the appliance is plugged in securely. If it is not, remove
the plug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again securely.
B) Check for a blown circuit fuse or a tripped main circuit breaker. If these seem to
be operating properly, test the outlet with another appliance.
IF NONE OF THE ABOVE SOLVES THE PROBLEM, CONTACT A QUALIFIED
TECHNICIAN. DO NOT TRY TO ADJUST OR REPAIR THE APPLIANCE YOURSELF.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If any errors occur during operation, please check the following table to diagnose the
issue before calling for service. Below are common errors and the checks to perform.

pressing the “power” key, the
appliance has no response
- Make sure that the plug is inserted tightly.
- Make sure that the switch, socket, fuse and
power line are in good condition.
- Check the root causes carefully. If the
problem cannot be xed, please contact
Service Center for checking and repairing.
Heating being interrupted in normal
use and a “Beep” will be heard.
- Make sure that the containers are suitable
for induction cooker.
- Send Induction Cooker to service facility for
repair.
Heating stops suddenly during
operation.
- Let the appliance cool down.
- Check that vents are free and clear from
clutter. Remove any debris near intake/
exhaust vents. Operate the appliance again
after cooling down.
- Refer to failure codes.

After a moment, temperature inside the
cooker returns to normal. The unit can
return to normal operation once the “Start/
Stop” button is pressed.
E7, E8 After adjusting the voltage, the unit can
return to normal operation.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Commercial Chef brand is used under license.
Any repair, replacement, or warranty service,
and all questions about this appliance should
be directed to W Appliance Co. at 1 (855)
855-0294 from the USA or Puerto Rico.
W Appliance Co. warrants to the original purchaser
that the appliance will be free from defects in material,
parts and workmanship for the period designated for
this appliance. The warranty commences the day the
appliance is purchased and covers up to a period of
1 year (12 months) for labor/1 year (12 months) for
parts (manufacturing defects only).
W Appliance Co. agrees that it will, at its option,
replace the defective appliance with either a new or
remanufactured appliance equivalent to your original
purchase during the warranty period.
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to the
below:
1. If the appearance or exterior of the
appliance has been damaged or
defaced, altered or modied in design or
construction.
2. If the appliance original serial number
has been altered or removed or cannot
be readily determined.
3. If there is damage due to power line
surge, user damage to the AC power
cord or connection to improper voltage
source.
4. If damage is due to general misuse,
accidents or acts of God.
5. If repair attempts are done by
unauthorized service agents, use of
parts other than genuine parts or parts
obtained from persons other than
authorized service companies.
6. On units that have been transferred
from the original owner.
7. On appliances that have been purchased
as refurbished, like new, second-hand, in
a “As-Is” or “Final Sale” terms.
8. To appliances used in a commercial or
rental setting.
9. To appliances used in settings other
than ordinary household use or used
other than in accordance with the
provided instructions.
10. To damages for service calls for
improper installations.
11. To glass parts and other accessory
items that are included with the unit.
12. Transportation and shipping costs
associated with the replacement of
the unit.
13. Food loss for loss due to appliance
failure or delay in service, repair or
replacement.
14. Service calls to instruct you how to use
your slow cooker.
15. Service calls to repair or replace the
house fuse, reset the circuit breaker or
correct the wiring in the house.
