Recommended Use
The Mealtime Chair is for children ages
6 months to 24 months, covering three
developmental stages in the growing child.
The first stage uses the Mealtime Chair
with the Mealtime Seat and Tray.
The second stage uses the Mealtime Chair
with Mealtime Seat, sitting at a table.
For the third stage the Mealtime Chair is
used without the Mealtime Seat and Tray
and the child sits at the table.

cSeat belts are not intended for behavior manage-
ment but for the safety of the user. Seat belts
must be carefully adjusted for the comfort and
security of the user and can never take the place
of the caregiver. Use of seat belts must be closely
supervised.
cThe tray is not designed to hold the child in
the chair. It is recommended that the chair be
used only by children capable of sitting upright
unassisted.
cBe aware of the risk of open fire and other
sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires,
gas fires etc. in the vicinity of the high chair.
cStack chairs facing a wall to discourage climbing.
cStack no more than five high to prevent instability.
cMealtime Chairs have a maximum working load of
80 lbs (36kg.)
CAUTION
cFor indoor use only. This chair is not waterproof.
WARNING
cThis product is intended for use by children of
immature judgment. Therefore adult supervision
is required at all times.
cDo not leave the child unattended.
cDo not use the chair unless all components are
correctly fitted and adjusted.

Assembly
Your shipment comes in one carton containing:
1. One Mealtime Chair.
2. Product Guide.
To attach seat belt, thread buckle up through gap
at back of seat and push clips into indentations on
back (see fig. A).
To attach Mealtime Seat, stand in front of chair
and place Seat against back of chair. Push down on
inside of armrests to latch in place (see fig. B). To
remove Mealtime Seat, grasp handles, push thumbs
down on inside of armrests and pull up and out
with your fingers to release latches.
To attach Tray to Mealtime Chair, slide it over arm-
rests of Mealtime Seat until both latches engage
in armrest holes. To remove or adjust Tray, pull on
latches to disengage from armrest holes.
If your shipment is incomplete, please call
Customer Service.

Maintenance
Periodically inspect for cracks, breaks, loose parts,
loose screws, missing parts, and/or malfunctions.
Remove product from service when any condition
develops that might make operation unsafe.
Cleaning
Wipe wooden chair with damp cloth and mild deter-
gent or disinfectant. Do not use excessive water.
Seat belt is removable and machine washable.
Clean plastic tray and seat with any mild soap or
detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, aromatic spirits,
and cleaning solutions containing pine oil (such as
Lysol®). Some of these agents can cause plastic to
weaken and crack.
Do not use rinse cycles in excess of 165° when
washing Tray or adhesive may fail.
Construction
Wooden components are manufactured from durable
hardwood plywood or solid maple and finished with
a clear finish. All edges and corners are rounded for
safety and ease of cleaning. Tray and plastic seat are
smooth, washable plastic. Seat belt is made of sturdy
polypropylene webbing and the locking buckle and
attachment clips are made of durable plastic. Chair
tips are molded from an elastomer.

supervision, testing or evaluation.
