1. The Device is not Connecting to App
Please check your Wifi username and password are correct and you are only using 2.4Ghz Wifi
connections as the 5Ghz band is not supported.
2. No Power When Using Solar Panel
Make sure the device has approx 30% power before using with Solar Panel. With strong direct
sunlight the Solar Panel will recharge the battery approx 5% every hour while also
powering the camera.
3. Micro SD Card is Not Recognised
Make sure the USB or Micro SD Card is 32gb or less. Check USB or Micro SD Card has been
formatted to the FAT32 or exFAT file system. If not please format on a Windows based computer.
4. What happens when the SD card is full?
The camera will automatically overwrite the oldest footage.

5. Why does the camera lose the Wi-Fi connection?
Please check the network connection. You may need to move the router closer or invest
in a Wi-Fi extender.
6. What’s the capacity of the Battery?
The camera has 4 x 18650 batteries with 12000mAh capacity.
7. What is the viewing angle of the camera?
The camera has a wide angle view of 120 degrees.
