• Carefullyreadalloftheseinstructionsbeforeusingtheappliance.
• Keep your hands and utensils away from the moving blades while processing food to
reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the product.
• The Chopping Blades are very sharp. Please handle carefully.
• To reduce the risk of injury, never place the cutting blade in the bowl without first
putting the bowl properly in position on a suitable flat surface.
• Be certain that the cover is securely in place before operating the appliance.
• Take care when adding food. The blades are very sharp.
• WARNING: As this appliance is portable to prevent accidental operation it is fitted
with a SAFETY INTERLOCK BUTTON. The appliance can only be operated by
pressing both this button and the POWER/ON/OFF at the same time. Refer to the
main instructions for further guidance.
• DO NOT attempt to defeat the safety interlock mechanisms on this unit.
• To protect against electrical shock do not immerse the motor body, power cord or the
Plug, in water or any other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any electrical appliance is used near to children.
• Remove the plug from the wall outlet socket when the appliance is not in use, before
putting on or taking o parts, and before cleaning. Allow the unit to cool before handing.
• Do not operate this appliance with a damaged Mains Adaptor or after the appliance
malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any way. Return this appliance to your
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical
adjustment.
• The use of any accessory or attachments not provided by or recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause severe injuries.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors (this product is specifically intended for Indoor use
only).
• Do not allow the power cord to hang over edge of a table or counter or touch a hot surface.
• Do not place the unit on or near a hot gas or electric hob or heated oven.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot
liquids.
• Always check that the Wall Outlet socket switch is switched OFF before inserting the
Plug into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn the Power Socket Switch to OFF, then
remove the plug (pulling on the plug not the cord) from the wall outlet socket.
• Do not use this appliance for other than its intended use.
Important Safeguards

• Avoid contacting any moving parts.
• Never attempt to take food or liquid out of the bowl when the blade is moving. Always
wait until the motor stops completely.
• Do not overload the appliance bowl with food.
• Never place hot ingredients into the Blender Beaker or Chopper Bowl (>70°C).
• Children shall not play with this appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children.
• WARNING. Do not operate the unit continuously for more than 30 seconds
(Chopper) and 1 minute (Blender). Please allow the Unit to cool for 3 minutes
in between each cycle. No more than 2 cycles.
• KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE
How to use your Cordless Stick Blender
1. Before first use, wash the Blender Shaft (6), Blender Beaker (8), Chopper Blade (9),
Chopper Lid (10) and Chopper Bowl (11) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and
dry. Wipe the Body (5) with a damp cloth.
WARNING: Take care when washing the bladed items, they are very sharp.
WARNING: Do not immerse the Body (5) or Mains Adaptor (13) in water or any other
liquid.
2. Always use the appliance on a level, stable, and stain resistant work surface.
3. Add the tool appropriate for the type of food you wish to process:
Chopper Lid, Chopper Bowl, and Chopper Blade (9).
The Chopper assembly is used for processing foods that need to be “cut” into small
pieces. The blades rapidly chop foods so be careful not to over process them or you will
finish up with a mushy pulp.
Blender Shaft.
The Blending Blade within the Blending Shaft is used primarily for blending or
mixing together soft foods, for example whipping cream or soft fruits.

Chopping Configuration
Instructions for Chopping
1. Make sure your Cordless Blender has adequate charge (refer to the section on
charging).
2 Remove the Chopper Bowl Lid (if fitted, twisting anti-clockwise to remove)
3 Place the Chopper Blade on the Spigot in the base of the Bowl.
WARNING: Take care when handling the Chopping Blade, it is very sharp.
4. Place the food to be processed into the Chopper Bowl.
NOTE: Observe the MAX level on the side of the Bowl. Additionally, the maximum
weight of meat cannot exceed 200g for any one operation.
NOTE: Remove any bones contained in the meat before processing.

5. Refit the Chopper Lid. Align with the marks and then rotate clockwise to lock.
6. Place the assembled Chopper Bowl on a flat, level and stain resistant surface.
7. Attach the Blender Body into the top of the Chopper Bowl and twist clockwise to lock.
WARNING: Maximum operating time cannot exceed 30 seconds and 3 minutes rest
time. This can be repeated a second time.
8. To operate your Cordless Blender, proceed as follows:
9. To Switch ON the Cordless Blender, press the Safety Interlock Button (3) and
then Power ON/OFF Button (4). Once the Blender is operating you can release the
Safety Interlock Button. (If you release the Power ON/OFF Button then you will
need to repeat the two-button process again). When operating the Indicator (1) shows
BLUE. If your battery becomes low then it changes to RED.
NOTE: Pulsing ON – OFF often achieves the best results.
10. When you have finished using your Blender remove the Body from the Chopper
Bowl by twisting it Anti-clockwise.
WARNING: DO NOT remove the lid from the Chopper Bowl with the Blender still
attached. Safety hazard.
11. Disassemble and clean, see the Cleaning Section for guidance.

Configuration for Blending
Instructions for Blending
1. Make sure your Cordless Blender has adequate charge (refer to the section on charging).
2. Place the food to be processed into the Blender Beaker.
WARNING: DO NOT overfill the Beaker or food may come over the top when blending.
3. Place the Beaker on a flat, level and stain resistant surface.
4. Attach the Blender Shaft to the Body, twisting clockwise to secure.
5. Supporting the Beaker with one hand lower the Blender Head (7) into the food.
6. As described in 5.9 switch ON your Blender by pressing both the Safety and Power
buttons. When operating the Indicator (1) shows BLUE. If your battery becomes low
then it changes to RED.

WARNING: DO NOT operate for more than 1 minute with a 3 minute rest period and a
maximum of two cycles.
7. When you have finished using your Blender remove the Body from the Blender Shaft by
twisting it Anti-clockwise.
8. Disassemble and clean, see the Cleaning Section for guidance.
Charging Your Cordless Blender
1. When your battery needs charging the Indicator will flash RED. DO NOT continue to
use your Blender.
2. Connect your Mains Adaptor to a Mains Wall Socket.
3. Connect the DC Out socket of the Adaptor to the Charge Port (2) on the Body of the
Blender.
4. When charged the Indicator will change to BLUE. This typically takes around 3 hours.
Cleaning and Storage
Cleaning
1. We recommend you clean your appliance immediately after use to avoid the build-up of
food debris.
2. Allow the appliance to cool if necessary.
3. Remove and set aside the Body.
4. Wash the Blender Shaft (6), Blender Beaker (8), Chopper Blade (9), Chopper Lid
(10) and Chopper Bowl (11) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the
Body (5) with a damp cloth.
WARNING: Take care when washing the bladed items, they are very sharp.
WARNING: Do not immerse the Body (5) or Mains Adaptor (13) in water or any other
liquid.
Storage
• Be sure that the appliance is unplugged.
• Complete all requirements for cleaning and care.
• Keep the appliance in a dry clean place out of the reach of children.

Troubleshooting
