• Clean the surface of the MOTOR UNIT with a damp cloth. A multi-purpose spray cleaner may be
used.
WARNING! Do not immerse the MOTOR UNIT in water or any other liquid.
CAUTION: Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning solutions or metal scourer pads as continued use
will scratch the stainless steel surface and make subsequent cleaning more difficult.
NOTE: Only the WHISK is dishwasher-safe. Do not wash any other attachments in a dishwasher.
Hand-washing is recommended; leave to soak in warm soapy water and wipe using a sponge. Rinse
and dry thoroughly.
• Wash the BLENDING STICK in warm soapy water and scrub using a cleaning brush.
CAUTION: Take extra care when cleaning the BLENDING STICK as the blades are very sharp. The
use of a long handled cleaning brush is recommended.
• Ensure all attachments are completely dry before storing with the power cord loosely coiled out of
reach of children.
CAUTION: Before carrying out cleaning or maintenance,
disconnect the appliance from the mains.
TIP: To clean the CHOPPER BOWL, simply fill with warm soapy water and attach the CHOPPER
COUPLING UNIT (ensuring the CHOPPER BLADE has been attached also). Connect the MOTOR
UNIT to the top of the CHOPPER COUPLING UNIT and activate the turbo function by pressing
