The Wheelock Series STH Cluster Speaker with MCCH Multi-
Candela Strobe is designed for indoor ceiling mounting in
high ambient noise environments. It is available with 2, 3 or 4
speakers for wide area coverage. The Cluster Speaker Strobe
is supplied with STH-15SR, UL1480 Listed horns and one RSS-
24MCCH, UL1971 Listed ceiling strobe mounted to a NEMA 1
steel enclosure. The strobe is synchronizable. The Series STH
Cluster Speaker with MCCH Strobe come fully assembled.
Series STH Cluster Speaker with MCCH Strobes is designed
for UL Required Fire Life Safety applications.

Architects and Engineers Specifications
The Cluster Speaker Strobe shall be the Series STH with MCCH Strobe or approved equal. The cluster speaker strobe shall be designed
for indoor ceiling mounting for high ambient noise environments. The speaker strobe shall be supplied with UL Standard 1480 listed
horn(s) and one UL Standard 1971 listed ceiling strobe mounted to a NEMA 1 steel enclosure. The strobe shall be a selectable 115 or
177 candela synchronizable strobe. The Cluster Speaker and Strobe shall be fully assembled. The Cluster Speaker and Strobe shall
be capable of use for UL Required Fire Life Safety applications. The Cluster Speaker and strobe wiring shall be able to be monitored
for integrity by the Control Panel.
The Series STH Cluster Speaker with MCCH Strobe shall comply with NFPA 72, NFPA 101, OSHA 1910.165, ANSI 117.1, ADA, and
IFC.
The speaker horns shall measure 7.87”W x 8.75”H x 9.32”D each and shall be prefabricated on the sides of a 10” x 10” x 6” steel
enclosure.
The Strobe shall be a high intensity selectable 115 or 177 candela ceiling strobe with a current draw of 0.195 amps for 115cd @ 24
VDC or 0.270 amps for 177 cd @ 24VDC, and shall be prefabricated on the bottom of the steel enclosure.
Mounting of the Cluster Speaker Strobe shall be accomplished by using pre-drilled holes in the enclosure or by drilling new holes in
order to be compatible with other mounting conditions.
