C105E vc noise / Lo-fi Machine
The C105E VC Noise / Lo-Fi Machine is a voltage controlled
analog sample rate reducer with an internal white noise
generator and a voltage controlled high pass lter
(12db/octave) with an independent output.
This module is based on a Sample and Hold designed to
work at audio rates. The internal clock can be CV
controlled and it has two ranges of operation:
- High : from 250Hz up to 40KHz
- Low : from 150HZ to 0,1Hz
This wide frequency range and two FM inputs ( one with a
reversible attenuator ) allows to create subtle digital
eects , really harsh Lo-Fi sounds and Random signals .
The noise generator and the internal S&H makes a perfect
combination to create pitched noise, very useful to
synthesize drums sounds , drones, sound eects etc.
C105E main characteristics
- Internal white noise generator.
- CV controlled sampling frequency.
- Frequency range : 0.1Hz to 40KHz
- Voltage controlled High Pass lter.
The Lo-Fi input is normalized to the internal noise
generator.

CONTROL DESCRIPTION
SAMPLE FREQUENCY
This control sets the sampling frequency of the internal Sample
and Hold.
FM
Sample frequency modulation input. The FM LEVEL control is a
reversible attenuator that sets the amount of modulation. The
input allow positive and negative signals ( +/- 5 Volts ).
SAMPLE FREQUENCY RANGE SELECTOR SWITCH
- High : from 250Hz up to 40KHz
- Low : from 150HZ to 0,1Hz

High Pass lter cut-o frequency CV input. The HP FILTER control
sets de cut-o frequency of the lter.
INPUT SELECTOR SWITCH
This switch selects the signal to be sampled by the internal Sample
and Hold. The two options available are :
NOISE : internal noise generator
LO-FI : LO-FI signal input
LO-FI IN
Input signal to be sampled. If nothing is patched to this input, the
internal noise generator is connected to it.
