1.Pulluptherewindknob,andpullitupstronger.
Thenthebackcoverwillopen.
2.Putthefilmintothefilmchamberas
indicatedinthephotograph,andpressdownthe
rewindshafttotheoriginalpositionwhilerotating
therewindknob.
3.Insertthefilmleaderintothegrooveofthespool.
andengagetheperforationsofthefilmintheteeth
ofthespool.
4.Turnthefilmadvanceleverandwindthefilmaround
thetake-upspoolmakihgsurethattheperforationsof
thefilmareengagedintheteethofthesprocket.

itwillbeautomaticallylocked.Tiltupthefilmrewind
crank,andgentlyturnitinthedirectionofthearrow
untilitstopstotakeupthefilmslack.

Focusingisperformedintheviewfinder.
Youcantakea pictureintherangeviewing
intheviewfinder.Thefocusingiscarriedout
inthesmallroundareainthecenterofthe
viewfinderwhileturningthedistanceringof
thelens.Theimageisinfocuswhenitismost
clearlyviewedintheviewfinder.Theimageis
notaccuratelyinfocuswhenitisdeformedin

Itisrecommendedtousethetripodandthecablereleasewhenusinga slowshutterspeed.
Whenusingthetripod,neverforciblyscrewthelonglegsatthethreadedportions.Itwill

3.Whenthefilmiscompletelyrewound,therotation
oftherewindcrankabruptlybecomeslighttocomplete
therewinding.
4.Pulltherewindknob,andpullitfurtherstronglyto
openthebackcover.
5.Takeoutthefilm.
6.Presstherewindknobtotheoriginalposition,and
closethebackcover.

pictureonbothsidesofthedistance.Thisrangesare
calledthe"depth-of-field"
Therearefollowingrelationshipsinthedepthoffield:
1.Whentheapertureisreduced(2to16),thedepth
offieldisincreasedtoincreasetherangesfortaking
thesceneclearlyinthepicture.
2.Whentakingfartherscene,thedepthoffieldis
increasedlonger.
3.Wideranglelensofshortfocallengthprovideslonger
depthoffield.
4.Therearrangefromthefocuseddistanceofthe
cameraprovideslongerdepthoffieldthanthefront
rangefromthedistance.
Youcanknowthedepthoffieldasbelow.
1.A depth-of-fieldscaleisengravedontherespectivelenses.Whenthecamerais,forexample,
focusedona subjectatthedistance,e.g.,3mwiththeaperturesetatf/8,thesubjects
locatedwithin8 atbothsidesofthe"I"mark(approx.2minthefrontrangeandapprox.5m

IMPORTANT:Infraredradiationvarieswiththedegreeof
infraredray intheatmosphere.Usetheinfraredfocus
settingonlyasanapproximation.Forbestresults,usethe
smallestf-stoplightingwillallowtoprovidesufficientdepth
offieldtoincludeallimportantelementsofthepicturein
thezoneofacceptablesharpness.
Ifitisdifficulttofocusthelenswiththefilterattached,focusthelensremovingthefilter
fromthecamera.
