IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE USING THE POWER INVERTER TO
OPERATE ANY TYPE OF BATTERY CHARGER, MONITOR THE
TEMPERATURE OF THE BATTERY CHARGER FOR ABOUT 10
MINUTES. IF THE BATTERY CHARGER BECOME
ABNORMALLY WARM, DISCONNECT IT FROM THE INVERTER
IMMEDIATELY.
Always run a test to establish whether the inverter will operate a
particular piece of equipment or device.
In the event of power overload, the inverter is designed to
automatically shut down.
This safety feature prevents damaging the inverter while testing
devices and equipment with the 200-watt range.
If powering more than one device, start once device at a time to
avoid the power surge and/or inverter overload. The surge load of
each device should not exceed the inverter's Continuous Operation
wattage rate.
CAUTION
You can use EXTENSION CORD from the inverter to the device
without significantly decreasing the power being generated by the
inverter. For best operating results, the extension cord should be
16AWG (1.31 mm2) or larger and suggest no longer than 50 feet.
IMPORTANT: This inverter uses a modified sine waveform, which
is not quite the same as power company electricity. For the
following devices, we strongly recommend that you use caution
and check the device's manual to make sure it is compatible with
modified sine waveform.
USING 5V USB POWER
The USB power outlet provides the maximum of 5V DC 1.3A & 5V
DC 2.1A power to an external USB-powered device.
a. Plug the USB-powered device into the USB power outlet.
b. Press and release Test/ USB/Light 3S button, and the Battery
Status Indicator LEDs will be on to show the battery voltage level.
c. Turn the device on.
3. The inverter is fitted with short circuit protection, which switches
off the auxiliary starter if the connected equipment short-circuits.
4. If the inverter indicator LED on the inverter comes on RED, check
that the connected equipment is working correctly and does not
need too much power for the auxiliary starter. Also check the
charge level in the battery.
Operating procedures:
(1) Set the inverter power switch to the ON position.
(2) Insert the cable from the external equipment into the 120 V
outlet
(3) Start the external equipment
(4) The inverter can be shut down automatically or by the power
switch.
USING THE WORK LIGHT
1. Press for 3 seconds and release Test/USB/Light 3S button, the
work light on the front of jump starter will begin to work. During
the use of the work light, the Battery Status Indicator LEDs will be
on to show the voltage level.
2. Press and release the button again, the work light will flash for
alert use.
3. Press and release the button again, the work light will shut off.
4. Recharge the jump starter as soon as possible after using the
work light.
NOTE: When the internal battery voltage is too low, the
work light will be shut off automatically.
USING BUILT-IN INVERTER
1. The inverter can supply 120V AC, 60Hz, 200Watts
2. To protect the battery, the inverter is fitted with undervoltage
protection. If the voltage falls too low, an alarm will be emitted
and the inverter will be switched off. It will be reset automatically
when the battery voltage is higher.
