electrical connection systems. The phases involve the following figures:
•
a construction engineer to calculate the capacities of the platforms or floors;
•
a qualified company registered in the register that prepares the installation site according to
the indications provided by this guide, following the workplace safety regulations in force;
•
by a qualified and qualified electrician and plumber who prepare the electrical and plumbing
systems in compliance with local and national regulations relating to civil and industrial systems;
The user must promptly notify the company of any existing underground obstacles
such as gas, water and electrical or telephone cables.
All these specialists, at the end of the pre-installation must issue the declaration of conformity of
the systems performed. In the absence of this document, the Manufacturer declines any
responsibility for damage caused to the systems or premises where the hot tub will be installed.
N.B .: check with the competent municipal offices if there are any restrictions that prevent

•
Know basic resuscitation techniques and keep them up to date. This can make all the difference
in an emergency situation
.
•
Instruct all spa users, including children, on what to do in an emergency.
•
Do not dive into the spa or enter by jumping: these behaviors can cause serious and permanent
damage
.
•Do not use the spa under the influence of alcohol or drugs that could compromise the
ability to use the tub safely
.
If there are covers, remove them completely from the surface of the water before entering
in the tub
.

TEMPORARY STORAGE
The installation of the tub should be done immediately after receipt. However, once unpacked, if
it is necessary to temporarily place it on a surface awaiting installation, it will be necessary to
prepare a solid and flat base with, for example, under the entire bottom of the tub, concrete slabs
with a minimum thickness of 5 cm. . It is recommended to leave the tub in that position for as
little time as possible.
Do not leave the tub empty in direct sunlight: the surface temperature could reach high levels of
temperatures, which could cause malfunctions and damage, including deformation of the surface
and components. Damage resulting from direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight is not covered
by the warranty. In the case of an installation in such conditions, provide a cover (fixed or mobile)
to protect the SPA.

WARNING
WARNING
INSTALLATION LOCATION: HOW TO CHOOSE
The installation of the SPA must be carried out in compliance with the safety standard CEI 64-8 / 7 and
subsequent amendments. When choosing the positioning, take into account that the inspection sides
(inspection doors) must always remain accessible for future maintenance. The recommended ambient
temperature for the hot tub must be between -5 ° C + 45 ° C, with a relative humidity of 20 - 80%.
External Installation
The presence of trees or hedges near the tub, with possible loss of debris (eg leaves), could
cause damage to the equipment over time (not covered by warranty) and lead to more expensive
and frequent maintenance. Also evaluate the best position to safeguard one's privacy and respect
for others and the best panoramic or climatic position compatibly with local regulations. An area
exposed to the morning sun guarantees greater well-being for users.
Pay attention to the characteristics of the ground on which the support platform will be built: sandy
and unstable soils or subject to flooding could compromise the stability of the base over time and
therefore the safety conditions of the hot tub itself.
Internal Installation
The evaporation of the water from the hot tub, in the presence of high internal temperatures, can
generate very high humidity levels in the environment: choose an environment with good
ventilation, natural or forced. Alternatively, set up an air treatment system. Damage caused by
humidity is not covered by the warranty.
Pay attention to the dimensions of the hot tub: passages, doors, steps, can be an obstacle to its
transport to the desired place.
If you install the whirlpool tub inside, it should be remembered that the tub must be easily
inspected or moved for any ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations
.
INSTALLATION LOCATION: HOW TO PREPARE
Before creating the support surface, consult the sections of the hydraulic and electrical
connections to correctly position the connections.
The correct positioning of the tub is determined by the support surface. It is not possible to insert
wedges or shims under the hot tub to level the top.
Above ground installation (with lateral panels)
Create a base or floor in reinforced concrete that is flat and suitable for supporting the weight of
the hot tub and its guests. Check the load capacity of the installation site for a weight of 300 kg /
m2
.

MAINTENANCE MANUAL
YUI

Ver 01 –2021-07-09
We suggest:
1.
The creation of perimeter drainage grates to facilitate the flow of water that can
accidentally come out of the tub and for easy cleaning of the installation site for indoor
installations;
2.
The installation of an anti-slip flooring in the perimeter area of the hot tub.
No-slip floor Drenage grid (raccomended)
Example:
thickness
≥
10 cm
< 25/30 with electro-welded net ⌀

Installazione ad incasso
It is necessary to create a self-supporting underground compartment that is stable over time and
able to contain the thrust of the ground, with a flat bottom and suitable for supporting the
weight of the hot tub and its guests (300 kg / m2). Check its load capacity.
The implementation of
:
1.
a technical inspection compartment at least 50 cm wide on the short sides of the mini pool, this
will make future maintenance or repairs easier
;
2.
perimeter drainage grates and internal to the recessed niche to facilitate the flow of water
3.
and to help preserve the equipment and the structure (also for indoor installations);
4.
a non-slip flooring in the perimeter area of the pool;
5.
two Ø15 cm grids to ensure proper ventilation and extraction of heat and humidity from the
technical compartment, this prevents the accumulation of condensation which over time
can cause bad smells and damage to all the main electrical and electronic components of
the SPA
;
6.
IN OUTDOOR BUILT-IN INSTALLATIONS, to avoid any damage due to frost, we
recommend providing insulation for the tub compartment. The choice of materials and
thickness must be made on the basis of the minimum temperatures reached in the country
of installation. It is recommended to make a hydraulic connection to the drainage network
that allows easy drainage for wintering the SPA or for prolonged periods of non-use
.
WARNING
It is mandatory to provide for the possibility of easy removal of the tub from the installation space.

HYDRAULIC PREPARATIONS
Make a water connection with a dedicated line to the hot tub (do not connect other
equipment to the same connection) and made with new and never used hoses and joints.
For loading it is recommended to use mains water (aqueduct) as it guarantees
microbiological purity and the absence of metal particles (not retained by the filtering
system) or organic substances. The use of well water is strongly discouraged, as it may
contain substances that can cause the proliferation of algae, stains and serious damage to
the hot tub. If the water service is not reached, install filters (filtration not less than 50
microns) and metal subtractors upstream of the loading line that guarantee characteristics
comparable to those of the water supplied by the aqueduct. Failure to install systems that
ensure an adequate level of the quality of the loading water determines the discharge of any
liability arising from the failure to install the latter
.
