aslope,donotmowit.Foryoursafety,usethe slopegaugeincludedas part
ofthismanualtomeasureslopesbeforeoperatingthisunitona slopedor hilly
area.Ifthe slopeisgreaterthan15degrees,do notmowit.

o Mowacrossthe faceof slopes;neverupanddown.Exerciseextreme
cautionwhenchangingdirectionon slopes.
o Watchfor holes,ruts,rocks,hiddenobjects,or bumpswhichcancause
youto slipor trip.Tallgrasscan hideobstacles.
o Alwaysbesureof yourfooting.A slipandfall cancauseseriouspersonal

o Useonlyanapprovedgasolinecontainer.
o Neverfill containersinsideavehicleor ona truck ortrailerbedwith a
plasticliner.Alwaysplacecontainerson the groundawayfromyour
