INSTALACIÓN DE LAS PILAS
Las 4 pilas tienen que ser nuevas cuando el timer esta utilizado por la primera
vez y cada vez que estarán cambiadas. El uso de pilas recargables no es
recomendable.
1. Destornille la tapadera de la caja de pilas.
2. Introduce 4 pilas de tipo LR6-AA 1,5 volts .
3. Vuelve a atornillar la tapadera .
INICIACIÓN
1. Elige la duración de su meditación con el botón de ajuste.
2. Ajuste el volumen sobre bajo ♫o normal ♫
3. Pulse el botón ON/OFF => la luz se enciende .
Veinte segundos mas tarde, tres golpes del gong señalen el comienzo de su
meditación. Al final del tiempo programado, el gong sonará otra vez 3 veces
antes de unos golpes más rápidos y ligeros, después de que la luz se apagará
automáticamente.
Para interrumpir la programación, pulse el botón ON/OFF.
NOTA : La luz tiene que ser apagada cuando está programando la duración de
su meditación.
Para tener la madera pulida tan bonita que al primer día, encerarla desde el
principio con cera incolora para muebles.

GETTING STARTED: FITTING IN THE BATTERIES
All 4 batteries should be new when you first use your timer as well as every
time you will replace them. The use of rechargeable batteries is not advised.
1. Remove the screws securing the battery door.
2. Install 4 AA size 1.5 volt alkaline batteries (not included).
3. Screw the battery door back on.
SETTING THE TIMER
1. Select the duration of your meditation, turning the cursor of the time setting
button to face the desired number of minutes.
2. Set the volume level on low ♫or normal ♫
3. Press the ON / OFF button => the working light is on .
Twenty seconds after setting the timer, you will hear three chimes of the gong
signalling the beginning of the meditation period. At the end of the selected
time, you will also hear three chimes of the gong, but this time they will be
preceded by several lighter, softer ones. A few seconds later the working light
will automatically switch off.
To interrupt the programmed session, press the ON / OFF button at any
moment.
NOTE: Make sure you set the timing button when the power is off. The selected
time corresponds to the duration of the SILENT period.
Polished wood upkeep: to keep non varnished wood nicely polished, it is best
to apply colourless wax from the start (the type of wax used to polish furniture).

M ODE D ’ EMPLOI
AU PREALABLE : INSTALLATION DES PILES
Les 4 piles doivent être neuves lors de la première utilisation et à chaque fois
qu’elles seront remplacées. Les piles rechargeables sont déconseillées.
1. Dévissez le couvercle du boîtier à piles.
2. Introduisez 4 piles alcalines de type LR6-AA 1,5 volts .
3. Revissez le couvercle .
MISE EN ROUTE
1. Choisissez la durée de votre méditation à l’aide du bouton de réglage.
2. Réglez le volume sur bas ♫ou normal ♫
3. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche / Arrêt => le voyant s’allume .
Vingt secondes plus tard, trois coups de gong signalent le début de votre
méditation. A la fin du temps programmé, vous entendrez les mêmes trois
coups précédés de quelques coups plus rapides et légers, après quoi le voyant
s’éteindra automatiquement.
Pour interrompre la programmation, il suffit d'appuyer sur le bouton ON / OFF.
Attention : Le voyant doit être éteint quand vous programmez la durée de votre
méditation. Le temps sélectionné correspond à la durée du temps de silence.
Entretien du bois poli : pour protéger le bois non verni contre l’eau, etc. utiliser de
la cire incolore pour meubles.

INBETRIEBNAHME: EINSETZEN DER BATTERIEN
Alle 4 Batterien sollten bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme neu sein, sowie jedes Mal
wenn Sie sie ersetzen. Wieder aufladbare Batterien sind nicht empfohlen.
1. Entfernen Sie die Schrauben der Batterieklappe.
2. Setzen Sie 4 AA 1,5 Volt alkaline Batterien ein (nicht in der Packung
enthalten).
3. Die Batterieklappe wieder anbringen und schließen .
DEN TIMER STELLEN
1. Wählen Sie die Dauer Ihrer Meditation mittels dem ersten Zeiteinstellungs-
knopf.
2. Setzen die Lautstärke auf niedrig ♫oder normal ♫
3. Drücken Sie den ON/OFF Knopf →das Betriebslicht leuchtet .
Zwanzig Sekunden nach Einstellung der Zeitschaltuhr, werden Sie ein
dreimaliges Läuten des Gongs hören, welcher den Beginn der Meditationszeit
ankündigt. Nach Beendigung der gewählten Zeit, werden Sie das dreimalige
Läuten nach kürzeren leichten Gongschlägen wieder hören. Ein paar Sekunden
später, wird das Betriebslicht automatisch ausgehen.
Zur Unterbrechung der programmierten Sitzung, können Sie den ON/OFF
Knopf jederzeit betätigen.
HINWEIS: Vergewissern Sie sich dass Sie den Zeitwahlknopf einstellen wenn
der Strom abgeschaltet ist.
H INWEIS .Pflege des polierten Holzes: zum Schutz des nicht lackierten Holzes
gegen Wasser usw. verwenden Sie farblosen Möbelwachs.
