POSITION the LEFT & RIGHT sides and SUPPORT FRAMES
ATTACH the BACK timbers B1 & B2 timbers
Using FM120 ‘BRASS SCREWS’ - 8 per B2 TIMBER / 4 per B1 timber
NOTE: - TIMBERS are screws to the CENTRE of the 90mm x 90mm SUPPORT FRAME TIMBERS
- SCREW HOLES LOCATIONS SHOWN RED ABOVE

Attach the LEFT ROOF ASSEMBLY
Using 80mm brass screws - LEFT SIDE WILL OVERHANG 15mm CIRCLED RED
Repeat for the RIGHT ROOF ASSEMBLY
Using 80mm brass screws - IN ADDITION ATTACH the CENTRE 2” x 2” TIMBERS together - RIGHT SIDE WILL OVERHANG 15mm
CIRCLED RED
80mm BRASS SCREW to attach 2” x 2” to the
90mm x 90mm timber

Screw through the SHIPLAP into the SUPPORT FRAMES
Using 120mm brass screws
Attach the FASCIA board to the SUPPORT FRAMES
Using 80mm brass screws
USE 5 for each
SUPPORT FRAME

Attach the DOOR ASSEMBLY and DOOR STOP
Using 80mm brass screws
Repeat for the 2 remaining DOORS ASSEMBLIES
Using wood screws
NOTE: - THE DOOR should be positioned BETWEEN the 90mm x 90mm
uprights with a 5mm GAP either SIDE
ATTACH THE 3 x PAD BOLTS
