Construct the main beam assembly BEFORE adding the
roof, seats and side assemblies

Install the T3 and T4 timbers using angle cleats/brackets and 40mm brass screws

Install the T6 timbers onto the T2 timbers
Using 180mm brass screws
Install the T7 ridge beam
Using 120mm brass screws Offset the screws to ensure they do not ‘cross’

T5 & T6 timbers all sit flush/level with the top
edge of the RIDGE BEAM

Install the T5b timbers onto the T1 & T7 timbers
Using 180mm brass screws for the T1 timbers & 120mm brass screws for screwing into the ridge beam
Install the T5a timbers onto the T1 & T7 timbers
Using 180mm brass screws for the T1 timbers & 120mm brass screws for screwing into the ridge beam

Ensure all timbers are secure and correctly installed
Install the SHIPLAP sides
Using 40mm brass screws and angle cleats/brackets

Install SEATING SUPPORTS and SLATS

Using 8x 120mm brass screws
Attach the R2a roof section to the R1 roof section
Using 6 x 80mm brass screws (either side)
