• Start by assembling the Lexington tower. Instructions and hard-
ware are in the cartons noted at left. The gym is rotated 90° from
the position shown in the instructions.
• Wait to install the Access Ladder, Slide, and Wall Slats until after
the rest of the play set is complete.
The components of this gym can be combined with
others to create different play sets. This is the best
order of assembly to create this specic set.
Read this sheet and all instructions included with the
different parts before assembly.
See the Instructions and Owner's Manual included in
carton 63007-445 for important safety information.

• Lex step 7. Do not install the safety rail.
• Lex step 15. The swing mount isn't needed.
• Lex step 25. Before installing the roof, nd the
post where the swing beam will mount. Drill
7/16" diameter holes through the post at 3",
7-1/4" and 15-1/2" below the top of the post as
shown at right.The beam will be mounted to the
front of the post using these holes. Insert one
5/16" weld nut into the top hole on the inside
face of the post. Be sure the threads on the
weld nut are clear, it will be captured by the roof
support. Install the roof.
• Mount the Swing Beam using instructions and
hardware included in 63060-222. Mount the
beam to the previously drilled holes at right
rather than the way shown in the instructions.
You may need to temporarily disconnect the
roof from the post to put the beam in place.

• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Using a ladder, install the Dormer (SM963-402) in the po-
sition shown. Ladder access may be obstructed by later
installations.
• Install the Play Floor (SC910-800Q).
• Install the Ice Cream Stand (63081-102).
• Install the Play Walls (SC909-800Q) along the back and
swing side of the gym.
• Install the Monkey Bars (63079-102) on the front of the
gym. Mount one rail directly to the post adjacent to the Ice
Cream Stand.
• Set the access ladder and slide as shown on the rst page
of this guide. Check spacing.
• Secure the access ladder using the method shown in step
17 of the Lexington instructions.
• Fasten the Access Ladder Handles (AG942-400) to the
Access Ladder.
• Install the slide mount and slide using the method shown
in steps 23 and 24 of the Lexington instructions.
• Install wall slats in the postions shown in images, using the
methods from the Lexington Instructions. Gaps must be
narrower than 3-1/2" or wider than 9" to prevent potential
head entrapment.
• Mount the hand grips to the entrance wall slats.
• Mount the Slide Handle (AG943-400) above the slide.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
