• Start by assembling the Williamsburg tower. Instructions and
hardware are in the cartons noted at left.
• Wait to install the Access Ladder, Slide, and Wall Slats until after
the rest of the play set is complete.
• Wmsbg step 2. Do not install the sandbox end adjacent to to
where the Skybox will be mounted. It will be altered when install-
ing the Skybox.
• Wmsbg step 7. Do not install the safety rail. It will be used for the
Picnic Table.
• Wmsbg step 14. Do not install the back End Wall Support. It will
not be needed.
• Wmsbg step 15. No Swing Mount is needed.
• Once the roof, roof supports, and ridge cap are installed, pro-
ceed with the Skybox tower.
• Skybox step 2. Do not use the method shown in step 2. Alter the
Wmsbg sandbox end and the Skybox sandbox sides as shown
at the bottom of page 19 in order to t the Wmsbg play oor.
• Skybox step 11. Use the front posts from The Skybox Roof
(SJ926-810) in place of the post extensions.
The components of this gym can be combined with others to create different play sets.
This is the best order of assembly to create this specic set.
Read this sheet and all instructions included with the different parts before assembly.
See the Instructions and Owner's Manual included in carton 63006-445 for important
safety information.

• Skybox Step 17. Wait to install the wall slats on the back,
where the Spiral Slide will mount until after installing the
Spiral Slide.
• Install the 9ft Swing Beam. Instructions are in carton
63060-222.
• Install the Williamsburg Play Floor (SC908-800Q).
• Install the Skybox Wood Roof (SJ926-810).
• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Using a ladder, install the Dormers (SM963-402) in the po-
sitions shown. Ladder access may be obstructed by later
installations.
• Install the Picnic Table (SD920-800Q).
• Install the Rock Climbing Wall (AH201-102Q) in the pos-
tion shown.
• Set the access ladder and slide as shown in the picture on
the preceding page. Check spacing.
• Fasten access brackets to the inside of the ladder rails.
Secure the access ladder using the method shown in step
17 of the Williamsburg instructions.
• Fasten the Access Ladder Handles (AG942-400) to the ac-
cess ladder.
• Install the slide mount and slide using the method shown in
steps 23 and 24 of the Williamsburg instructions.
• Mount the Spiral Slide to the Skybox in the position shown
above using instructions included in carton 63033-102. Be
sure to mount the slide as far from the swing side of the
gym as possible.
• Install wall slats in the postions shown on the front page,
using the methods from the Williamsburg Instructions.
Gaps must be narrower than 3-1/2" or wider than 9" to pre-
vent potential head entrapment. Install the wall slats next
to the spiral slide.
• Mount one hand grip to the entrance wall slat between the
ladder and the slide on the front of the gym. Mount the
other hand grip to the adjacent post at the same height,
using 1/4 x 1-1/2" lag screws and 1/4" at washers. Drill
3/16" diameter pilot holes for the lag screws.
• Mount the Slide Handle (AG943-400) above the Super
Wave Slide.
• Mount the Chin-up bar (AA918-603) in the position shown
above.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
