• Start by assembling the Lexington tower. Instructions and hard-
ware are in the cartons noted at left.
• Wait to install the access ladder, slide, and wall slats.
• Lex step 7. Do not install the safety rail. It is not needed.
• Lexstep8.Donotinstalltheanglebraces.Thebraceswillnott
with the clubhouse panels.
• Lex step 15. No Swing Mount is needed.
After completing the tower except access ladder, slide, and wall
slats:
• Assemble and install the Dormer (SM963-402) in the position
shown.
• Install the Gable Fans (SM964-402).
• Install the 9ft Swing Beam. Instructions are in carton 63060-222.
• Install the Play Floor (SC910-800Q).
• Install the Clubhouse panels (40456-402, 40459-402, 40460-402)
in the positions shown.
• Install the Rock Climbing Wall (AH201-102Q) on the back of the
tower.
The components of this gym can be combined with others to create different play sets. This is the best
orderofassemblytocreatethisspecicset.

• Mount the Clubhouse window pack (63073-101) shutters
andowerboxtothedoor&windowpanel.
• Set the ladder and slide against the front of the gym.
Check spacing.
• Fasten access brackets to the inside of the ladder rails.
Secure the access ladder using the method shown in step
17 of the Lexington instructions.
• Mount the Access Ladder Handles (AG942-400) to the ac-
cess ladder.
• Install the slide mount and slide using the method shown
in steps 23 and 24 of the Lexington instructions.
• Install wall slats in the positions shown, using the methods
from the Lexington Instructions. Gaps must be narrower
than 3-1/2" or wider than 9" to prevent potential head en-
trapment.
• Mount one hand grip to an entrance wall slat to the right
of the ladder. Mount the other hand grip to the adjacent
post at the same height, using 1/4 x 1-1/2" lag screws and
1/4"atwashers.Drill3/16"diameterpilotholesforthelag
screws.
• Mount the Slide Handle (AG943-400) above the Super
Wave Slide.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
