1 Warranty and Repair
Obvious Shipping Damage
At the time of delivery if you receive a SportsfridgeTM that has obvious shipping damage...refuse
delivery and note, “Refused Due to Damage”, on the delivery receipt. Then immediately call us on
1800 308 764 to have a replacement unit shipped to you immediately.
Acceptance of Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us either on the delivery &
installation docket or by contacting us on 1800 795 785 within 5 working days of receiving the
SportsfridgeTM should there be a fault.
Service Policy
The SportsfridgeTM comes with a 12 months parts and service warranty from the manufacturer. In
addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if
the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Full

Repairs
Our knowledgeable, responsive warranty team is here to help make your warranty experiences as
seamless as possible. The SportsfridgeTM comes with a comprehensive 12 month parts & service
warranty.
Phone 1800 308 764 and we will endeavour to have your warranty claim rectified within 5 working
days, however, if we need to take your SportsfridgeTM offsite for repair, we will do everything to have
it back to you within 10 working days providing we have all the necessary parts available.
Refunds
Refunds will be made by Sportsfridge.com.au via the method of payment you used to make your
online or telephone purchase if requested within 48 hours of your order being accepted. Refunds will
normally be processed within seven (7) days. Due to the handcrafted customised nature of the
SportsfridgeTM we will deduct a 20% restocking fee after the initial 48 hour purchase period.
