Before installation, make sure that
there is enough room to perform the
crossover exercises. You will need an
area 7'wide and 9'deep, centered
over the intended install location.

Multiple Station Installation:
The ideal spacing between the
exercise stations is 24"from the
outer wall mounts.

18" 18" Wall Mount Install:
1. Using a stud finder, locate the
vertical stud that are exactly 48"
apart. These are the stud that you
will be installing the wall mounts
into.
2. Measure 64"from the floor on the
center of both studs. Mark with
pencil.
3. Place the bottom of the wall mount
at the 64"mark and with a pencil
mark both holes in the wall mount
to identify where to drill.
4. Repeat step 2-3 for the lower wall
mounts at the 14"mark as seen in
the picture.
5. Drill a 1/4"lead hole for each
screw at the mark that you just
made. Place a wall mount over the
lead holes, and install the wood
screws using the 9/16 socket (A).
Chart Install:
The chart can be installed in the
middle of the station as seen in
the picture or inbetween stations.
If installing into a fitness facility,
where exercises like handstand
pushups will be performed, it is
recommended that the chart is
hung between exercise stations.
(for example: in the image below,
the chart should be hung just
below where it says 24")
BE SURE TO TEST THE INSTALLATION OF
EACH WALL MOUNT BY PULLING ON THE
CENTER RING WITH SUBSTANTIAL FORCE.
