1. The factory AUX Input is retained ONLY on vehicles without Sync system.
2. The Date and Time display MUST BE adjusted prior to removal of the factory radio. You cannot make adjustments once the
radio has been removed.
3. The SWRFD-60E does not retain Sync features.
NOTE: Insulate the Blue/Yellow and Green wires if not being used.
3.5MM SWC CABLE
Plug in the 3.5MM to 4-Pin SWC cable to the SWC module.
NOTES:
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
Plug the 12-pin Molex connector labeled “To CAN Module”
to the CAN module
Plug the 12-pin Molex connector labeled “To SWC Module”
to the smaller SWC Module
Failure to do so will damage the modules!

Radio Replacement with Steering Wheel Control Retention

IMPORTANT:
Set me and date before removing the factory
radio. Go to Menu > Clock Sengs > Set Time /
Set Date.
1. Carefully remove the top cover of the
screen.
2. Remove the rubber mat on top of
the dashboard.
3. Remove the 2 screws under the
rubber mat.
4. Pop up the top poron of the
dashboard.
5. Remove the 2 screws holding the
radio faceplate.
6. Remove the radio faceplate and
unplug the connector.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Connect the SWRFD-60E T-harness to the aermarket radio harness. Refer to the diagram on page 1 for wire color
codes.

OPERATION:
Bluetooth handsfree steering wheel controls:
7. Remove the 2 screws holding the
headunit.
8. Unplug the headunit connectors. 9. Mate the headunit connectors to the
SWRFD-60E T-harness connectors.
The 4” screen needs to be removed to plug in the SWRFD-60E factory screen retenon harness. Unplug the
factory 12 pin connector from behind the screen and plug it into the 12 pin male connector of the SWRFD-60E
harness. Plug the 12 pin male connector of the SWRFD-60E harness to the screen.
For vehicles with Sync, long press of
factory pick up and hang up buons
on SWC is retained.
For vehicles without Sync, long press
of = pick up, long press of =
hang up.
For vehicles with Sync, short press
of CMD = Voice Command Acvate
/ Deacvate
