CUBISCAN 125 OPERATION
QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
TOUCHSCREEN OVERVIEW
SUMMARY
This quick reference guide provides an overview and instructions for operating the Cubiscan 125.
The Cubiscan 125 is a small stationary or portable
cubing system that uses a combination of infrared and
ultrasonic sensing technologies to measure andweigh
parts, SKU’s, and boxed items. Infrared sensing
technology is used to create the precision and detail
required to measure small parts and unboxed items,
while ultrasonic technology is used to gather
dimensional data on large, boxed items.

Meaning
These display the measured dimensions in inches or centimeters.
This displays the measured weight in pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg).
This displays the modes that have been enabled. The modes available are:
Filter and Compression.
This indicates that the scale platform is empty and ready to receive a
package.
This indicates that the Cubiscan 125 is ready for cubing and weighing.
This indicates that the measuring gate is in the home position (on the
right-hand side).
Tap this key to reset the scale to “zero” (make sure the platform is
empty).

Tap this button to display the weight and dimensions of the object
using the ultrasound sensors (cuboidal objects only).

MEASURING OBJECTS

2 Place the object on the Cubiscan’s
platform.
Keep the platform clean and free
of debris. No object over 50 lb
(25 kg) should be weighed.
3 Start with the gate in the home
position and move it over the
object and back to the home
position (right-hand side) or
left-hand side.
Do not move the gate too quickly.
Do not touch the platform or
object during the measurement
process.
4 The measurement results will be
displayed on the touchscreen.
2 Place the object on the Cubiscan’s
platform against the back corner
until it touches both side panels.
No object over 50 lb (25 kg)
should be weighed.
3 Tape the Measure button.
