This manual explains how to install and operate
s peed dome. Speed dome camera, named intelligent speed dome
,high speed dome and quick dome, is an electromotor product with high
accuracy which aggregates camera, pan tilt, decoder, zoom lens,
housing. Speed domes are separated into high speed dome, middle speed
dome, low speed dome according to the speed.
There are many types of dome camera with different
chracteristics , more then twenty kinds of housing and many suitable

Caution
1.Please read the manual attensively before installing and using the
high speed dome.
2.Power used must conform to the requirements of the equipment before
wiring is set up with a correct connection.Uncorrect power or
connection cause permanent damage to the equipment.
3.To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not expose components to
sunshine, water and moisture.
4.Indoor dome camera can't be rained and damped and used in damping
places. Don't use it while damped.
5.Don't take apart the high speed dome, No parts can be repaired by
user.
6.Don't wash speed dome by strong and damaging detergent. Dirty
should be cleaned up by dry cloth or washed by mild detergent.
7.High speed dome should be used carefully to avoid shaking and
shocking.It can be damaged because of uncorrect use.
8.Dome camera should be installed on a position with enough bearing
capacity.
9.Wipe off dirty on lens by lens paper.

Speed dome is a sort of surveillance product with high definition
and color camera, pan and tilt motors, zoom lens and universal shifting
pan, decoder, zoom lens and protection cover etc. It reduces the
connection of the systematic part to the maximum extent, and improves
systematic dependability, meanwhile it's easy to install and vindicate
with the advantages of beautiful appearance, light convenience and
simple operation.

can supply the best and all directions monitoring function for
airport, dock, highway , bank and hotel etc .

IP68 protection grade, workable under 10 meters water(Please
airproof the cable hole by the silica adhesive)

movement, 300 million steps per round, movement is very smooth.
Support multiple protocols including Pelco-D, Pelco-P, AD,

one pair of cable can control up to 256 pieces of speed dome.

tracks of 40 seconds track tours.

scan, 360 continuous and endless Pan scan, universal scan, Pan and

No.1 code switch: selectable switch for 120-ohm adapter resistance
of communication line . Last high speed dome should be connected with
adaptable resistance in the same line. Put No.1 to ON and don't
connect the other high speed dome with adaptable resistance side by
side,put No.1 to OFF.
No.1 code switch 2,3 is baud rate switch.
No.1 code switch 4,5,6 is Protocol switch.

Each high speed dome corresponds an address
code. more intelligent and high speed dome can
be connected in the same control system.
Address code must be different , otherwise
result in a conflict and mistake operation.
Select a certain high speed dome firstly while
controled.

protocol via DIP switch (refer to the below diagram.). Please confirm
if the protocol is correct before using. TheSX Model's DIP switch is on

1.Cut off the circle from the ceiling.
2.Prepare the cables and put them into the housing.
3.Push housing into ceiling and let the clips stretch out. Finally,
screw the three clips to tighten the housing.
4.Set dome ID and protocol via DIP switches.
5.Insert cables into corresponding sockets on circuit board on
Pan/Tilt Module.
6.Turn Pan/Tilt Module clockwise to match tabs into round stator's
screw eye and tighten the settled screw.
7.Match the clasps and mounting holes then turn clockwise.

1.Install and fix stator onto the SX Pan/Tilt module
2.Push the XS bracket into ceiling and let the clips stretch out, crew
the clips to tighten the bracket.
3.Set dome ID and protocol via DIP switches.
4.Connect cables as per cable connection diagram. Match the tabs,
push and the Pan/Tilt Module into XS bracket and tighten the
screws on the stator.

1.Install the housing onto the bracket.
2.Set dome ID and protocol via DIP switches
3.Insert cables into corresponding sockets on circuit board on Pan/Tilt Module.
4.Turn Pan/Tilt Module clockwise to match tabs into round stator's screw eye and
tighten the settled screw.
Please check it the connections are correct before the power is switched
on. The high speed will perform PTZ and lens self-testing for 10 seconds as
soon as the power is on.
