
4. If the backup battery is installed, disconnect the attached
cables and remove it from the cabinet.
Remove the key tray assembly by rst sliding it to the
right () to disengage the tabs which hold it in place.
Align the divider panel with the cutouts in the top and
bottom plates of the cabinet, then pull the assembly
straight out (). See Figure 4.
5. Hold the cabinet in the desired mounting location on
a wall. At least one column of screw holes should be
situated over a wall stud. Having both sets of holes
located over a wall stud would be preferrable. The holes
are 16” apart on center. See Figure 5.
Mark the locations of the holes, including the cutouts
for the power and Ethernet cables. Drill pilot holes
and secure the unit to the wall using 1/4” or M6 pan-
head screws. If necessary, new mounting holes may be
drilled through the back plate of the cabinet in order to
accomodate a different mounting arrangement.
6. Route the power and Ethernet cables through the cabinet
and connect them to the proper jacks on the back of the
tray assembly. See Figure 6.
