1. INTRODUCTION
The HDBaseT Power Inserter is designed to provide 24V power to a
connected PoC-capable HDBaseT Receiver unit for it to operate
without power supply. In a simple application of HDBaseT PoC
extender set, the Receiver unit can be powered by the connected
transmitter unit, over a single run of CAT5e/6/7 cable. However,
when comes to an integration of multiple HDBaseT devices, the PoC-
capable Receiver unit might not always be able to benet from the
PoC feature as the transmitter could be either non-PoC or its power
output is used by other device, to work around such a situation you
can install HDBaseT Power Inserter to the system to insert the power
required by the Receiver unit.
