Wiring Connections
Trunk Release Output: Connect to the
vehicle negative (-) trunk release relay or
other low current device. NEVER connect
directly to a motor or high current device
without a relay.
12V Constant Power Input: Remove the
inline fuse before connecting to a wire
that has (+) 12V at all times. Reinstall the
inline fuse when wiring connections are
complete.
Siren Output: Connect to the (+) wire on
the siren.
+12V Ignition Input: Connect to a wire
that has (+) 12V while the key is in the
run and crank positions.
Chassis Ground Input: Connect to a
scraped (bare) metal surface in the driver
kick panel. NEVER connect to dash
brackets or to a factory ground.
Door Trigger Input:
Green: Connect to a wire that rests at (+)
12V when all doors are closed and (-)
ground when any door is opened.
OR
Violet: Connect to a wire that rests at
ground when all doors are closed and
(+) 12V when any door is opened.
Instant Trigger Input: Connect to a wire
in the vehicle that goes to ground when
opened (typically the trunk) or to an op-
tional Directed single zone sensor.
Domelight Supervision Output (pin #30
of onboard relay): Connect to a wire that
turns on the domelight to illuminate the
vehicle interior when disarming and turn-
ing off the ignition
Aux 1 Output: Connect to an auxiliary
convenience or expansion option. NEV-
ER connect directly to a motor or high cur-
rent device without a relay.
(+ or -) Light Flash Output: Connect to
the vehicle parking light wire. Select the
correct polarity with the output or vehicle
damage may occur.
Ground When Armed Output: Connect
to a starter interrupt relay or an accessory
that requires a ground to activate when
the system is armed.
Important: NEVER connect 200mA low current outputs
directly to a motor or high current device WITHOUT
a relay,
OEM Alarm Disarm: Connect to the
factory alarm disarm wire in the ve-
hicle (if applicable). NEVER connect
directly to a motor or high current de-
vice without a relay.
Horn Output: Connect to the vehicles
(-) horn honk relay wire.
Aux 2 Output: Connect to an auxilia-
ry convenience or expansion option.
NEVER connect directly to a motor or
high current device without a relay.
Aux 3 Output: Connect to an auxilia-
ry convenience or expansion option.
NEVER connect directly to a motor or
high current device without a relay.
Aux 4 Output: Connect to an auxilia-
ry convenience or expansion option.
NEVER connect directly to a motor or
high current device without a relay.
Retained Acc Output: Connect to a
relay that controls the accessory cir-
cuit in the vehicle.
Hood Trigger Input: Connect to a
wire that goes to ground when the
hood is opened.
2nd Unlock Output: Connect to a
wire (or relay assembly) that unlocks
all doors when installing two stage
door unlocking.
(87A) Normally Closed: To car side of
starter wire if programmed as a Nor-
mally Closed circuit (factory default).
(87) Normally Open: To car side of
starter wire if programmed as a Nor-
mally Open circuit.
(30) Common: To key side of starter
wire.
