After testing, the monitor adapt with clause 15th of FCC Regulations about the limit conditions of numerical control equipment and standard. All the
limit conditions are set up for making housing facilities be free of disturbing. The monitor can produce, use, and radiate energy of wireless frequency.
If you do not install or use it under the instructions, it will interfere with wireless communication, i.e. we cannot ensure there are not interfere in the
special installing ways. You can know whether there are interferences in wireless or TV receiver or not by opening or closing monitor. If there are, please
overcome them with following ways:
1. Change the direction of wireless receiver or relocate it
2. Increase the gap between monitor and equipment being interfered
3. Put the monitor and the equipment being interfered in different sockets
4. Inquiry dealers or experienced wireless or TV technician

Foreword
uper-video input with high resolution of Victory’s color professional video series makes the picture clear. All functions except power and input option
can be controlled in the menu. With the function of saving electricity, the monitor is equipped with VGA computer signal input/ YUV chromatic aberration
signal input/ BNC and super-video ( terminal) to connect with closed-circuit television.

In order to protect eyes, please don’t use monitor in light background, i.e. sunshine or other light sources shine on the display directly.
Do not put the monitor near the heat source
Put it in the ventilation circumstance, and ensure vent of monitor doesn’t be covered. Heat in the monitor can discharge normally
Ensure the monitor is far from high-capacity transformer, generator and other strong magnetic field
The monitor cannot be placed in humid, dusty or dirty place
Do not put metal into cabinet, which will generate permanent damage of monitor
Do not use monitor beyond specified temperature, humidity, or power.

MENU key
Pressing this key, menu will display or withdraw on screen, which conclude 4 sub-menus
referring menu 1, menu 2, menu 3, and menu 4. After entering menu, if there are not any
operations in 10 second, menu will withdraw automatically.
(2) ▼ Key
Press this key and lower cursor in order to select monitor parameter waiting for adjusting
(3) ▲ Key
Press this key and shift-up cursor in order to select monitor parameter waiting for adjusting
(4) ◄Key
After entering menu, press the key and reduce selected parameter value;In normal condition,
when press the key, volume of loudspeaker will be lower.
(5) ►Key
After entering menu, press the key and increase selected parameter value;In normal condition,
when press the key, volume of loudspeaker will be higher.
(6) Video Key
The key is used for selecting AV input signal. Pressing the key to change passages of A, B, Y/C,
and YCbcr video and audio input.

Adjusting the picture horizontally
Picture will move toward left when pressing ◄Key,
picture will move toward right when pressing ►Key
Adjusting the horizontal amplitude: press ◄Key to
reduce horizontal amplitude of picture, press ►Key to
increase horizontal amplitude of picture.
Adjusting the picture vertically: Picture will be
downward when pressing ◄Key, picture will be upward
when pressing ►Key
Adjusting in vertical amplitude: press ◄Key to reduce
vertical amplitude of picture, press ►Key to increase
vertical amplitude of picture.
Press the menu key again, the screen will present menu 3

When adjust numbers of red, green, and blue, color temperature will
present “memory”, at this time, white balance of monitor will change.
If you want to change white balance into the setting value in the
factory, please set up the color temperature into “normal”.

Colored transient improvement: adjusting the parameter can select the
function of colored transient improvement or not.
Blue background: if you select “on” of blue background, monitor will
present blue screen when there is not signal.

Operation control and functions of video monitor
(1) MENU
Pressing the key can open display-setting menu to change the setting of
display mode
Press the key for more than 5 seconds, and then setting menu can be
opened.
(2), (3) DIRECTION (▲ or ▼)
Press these keys, and then setting menu is shown, and shift cursor to
parameter to be chosen.
▼: down ▲: up
(4), (5) AUDIO +, -
Press the key, and then volume of audio signal can be increased or
decreased.
In setting display or setting menu, these keys is also for selecting
parameters

Operating procedures
Turning-on power
Before operating monitor, ensure camera is rightly connected
with outside e uipment.
1. Press the switch of power, when it is on,
indicating lamp is green. When there is
not video signal, “NO IGNAL” will appear
in the screen.
2. Press selecting key of input signal, and then choose inputs (A or B).
Pictures will appear in the screen of monitor.
Setting display
Setting display can be operated in menu as following
Open the menu as follows
1. Press the menu key

In normal conditions, press – or + to adjust volume control of audio
signal.
When adjust volume, screen will show as follows

Connecting
The followings must be operated by Professional technician or

Operations of digital video monitor
(1) POWER, ON/OFF
The switches can turn-on or turn-off the power f monitor.
(2) INDICATING LAMP
When power of monitor is on or it is standby, the lamp shining

Input selection is transferred in the following order.

Press the key; you can change the setting of display mode.

Press these keys, and then setting menu is shown, and shift cursor to
the parameter to be chosen.

Press the key, and then volume of audio signal can be increased or
decreased.
In setting display or setting menu, these keys are also for selecting
parameters.
(9) LOUD PEAKER
(10) AC IN
Put one of the ends of power cable (providing by standard accessories)
into it, and connect the other end with AC supply plug.
(11) VIDEO IN A/B
Used for meeting with complex video signal from outside equipment.
(12) VIDEO OUT A/B
Video input signal in video input socket is circled with video out A/B
and automatically end.
(13) AUDIO OUT A/B
Audio input signal in audio input socket is circled with audio out A/B
(14) AUDIO IN A/B
Used for meeting with video signal from outside equipment.

Operating procedures
Turning-on power
Before operating monitor, ensure camera is rightly connected with
outside equipment.
1. Press the switch of power, when it is on, indicating lamp is green.
2. Press selecting key of input signal, and then choose inputs.
Press the key, and display (audio) input is transferred as the following
order

Setting display
Setting display can be operated in menu as following
Open the menu as follows
1. Press the menu key

5. Press menu key to reset
6. Press ▲ or ▼, shift cursor to the parameter of automatic frequency
control, and then press – or + to adjust or select “long” or “short”.
“Long”: for the noise or vibrating signal from video recorder playback or
TV show
“ hort”: for videocorder output other than above signal.
Initial setting value is “short”
7. Press ▲ or ▼, shift cursor to factory-setting, press – or +, and it can
return to initial setting.
8. Press ▲ or ▼, shift cursor to audio parameter, and then press volume key to adjust
the volume of audio signal.
“-”: turning down volume “+”: turning up volume
9. Press ▲ or ▼, shift cursor to “ TANDBY ON” and then press “-” or “+” to choose
needed mode.
10. Press ▲ or ▼, shift cursor to “passage”, and then press “-” or “+” to open or close.
You can choose whether the No. of input channel is shown or not on left upper of screen.
11. Press menu key to pull out setting menu and return to previous screen showing.
Volume control of audio signal
In the normal state, press “-” or “+” to adjust volume of audio signal.
When adjusting volume, showing on screen is as follows
“-”: turning down volume “+”: turning up volume

Ⅰ. Main function features
All the types equipped with the following functions

Ⅱ. Pressing key illustration
MENU
(1) implex, duplex types, which have two menus, MENU (1), MENU (2). Firstly pressing MENU, main menu will appear. econdly pressing MENU, the
second menu will appear. Thirdly pressing MENU, menu will disappear.
(2) Triplex type has MENU (1), MENU (2), and MENU (3)
Firstly press MENU, main menu will appear. econdly press MENU, the second menu will appear. Thirdly press MENU, the third menu will appear.
Pressing the MENU again, menu will disappear.
PLAY
The key is for camera’s playback. As pressing the key, you can watch four cameras playing picture back, which are connected into VCR-IN. Large
picture showing of camera: pressing “1, 2, 3, 4”, you can watch relevant camera playing full picture back. Large picture freezing of camera: when
camera play the full picture back, press the same key again, the picture will be frozen, which will not be got rid of, until the key or other keys are
pressed. Automatically dwell: pressing ENTER/AUTO to enter playback and automatic dwelling, at the time, the pictures are played back in turn
by setting time.
QUAD
In any time except setting menu, you press the QUAD, you will watch four-dividing picture. Four-dividing small picture freezing: in the mode of
four-dividing, press QUAD again, FREEZE lamp will light. At this time, it will present small picture freezing. When pressing “1, 2, 3, 4”, “1, 2, 3, 4”
picture will be frozen, and then press the key again, the freezing state will disappear. Large picture showing of on-site camera: in four-dividing
state and FREEZE lamp is blanking, press “1, 2, 3, 4”, you will see the full picture of 1, 2, 3, 4 way camera. Large picture freezing (only for triplex
type): when showing large picture, press the same key again, the picture will be frozen, which will not disappear until you press the key or others
again.
ENETR/AUTO
A. In the mode of menu, press ENTER/AUTO, you can select the subject on cursor.
B. Other than mode of menu, press ENETR/AUTO, (indicated lamp will be on), it will enter the mode of auto tuning, which will not disappear until
you press the key again (indicated lamp will be off).
2.5 “1, 2, 3, 4” key (▲, ▼, +, -)
A. Entering the mode of menu selecting, the four keys used for shifting cursor downward or upward or change the number of cursor.
B. Not entering the mode of menu selecting, the four keys used for showing or freezing the picture of relevant camera.

Ⅲ. Operation of setting main menu
Pressing MENU and entering the following two setting pages
The first MENU
Notice: hows MENU (1) in the type
of simplex and duplex.
(1) “▲”, “▼”: shift cursor to the
modifying and setting position.
(2) “+”, “-”: Change setting
Date (-YY/MM/DD):
etting date: firstly press “▲” or “▼” and shift cursor to relevant position,
and then press ENTER and “+”, and “-” to set right YY/MM/DD. Other
setting subjects are the same.
Time (HH, MM, )
etting time. The operation is same with setting date.
TIME DI PLAY: BOTTOM
etting date. howing position in screen has 7 choices as follows:
1. OFF
2. TOP
3. TOP LEFT
4. TOP RIGHT
5. BOTTOM
6. BOTTOM LEFT
7. BOTTOM RIGHT
DWELL TIME: EC
etting interval time of dwell, 1-255 seconds
FREEZE TIME: EC
etting time of getting rid of freezing, 1-255 seconds
etting title: title of every camera can be set in bracket of CAMERA NAME.
Every camera can be set with 6 letters name.
The second—setting of camera features
Notice: hows MENU (2) in the type
of simplex and duplex.
Customers can adjust brightness,
contrast, color saturation, and sharpness
of camera separately.
Connecting with back panel
1. Input of AC power. Please use DC5V/1.2A transformer
2. Figure input. 4 figure inputs can be connected with 4 cameras
3. VCR input. Connecting with camera as audiocassette playback.
4. Four-dividing figure output. Connecting with videocorder as picture
recording.
5. Monitor output. Connecting with monitor for monitoring in time

Affix: there are two ways to enter factory setting:
1. With remote control: press “MENU” for three seconds
2. With the monitor key: firstly adjust volume to “32”, entering menu, and adjust chrominance to “0”, and then press “MENU” for 5 seconds.
Tuning procedures of dark balance (first line frame):
1. First adjust contrast and brightness to “32”, entering factory setting, moving to 05 (R CUT OFF), pressing “MENU” to enter first line frame
2. Do not speed up until first line frame can be seen.
3. Adjust 05, R CUT OFF Adjust 06, G CUT OFF
Adjust 07, B CUT OFF making dark balance agree with requirements.
