A power cord, in-line fuse
(recommended) and power
transformer (Radio Shack Part
# 273-1512 or equiv) are the
parts needed.

ACTIVITY INDICATOR
When the wallbox is powered up, the adapter LED
will light for two seconds to indicate ready.
The LED will light when receiving a wallbox signal
or transmitting to the Selection & Credit Computer.
No flash at power up indicates mis-wired wallbox
connections or a defective adapter.
Steady on indicates a wallbox problem or mis-wired
connections.
The Wallbox Adapter plugs into the 4-Pin connector position "X8" on
the Wurlitzer Selection & Credit Computer. Black wire at the bottom.
