Before using your Vacuum Cleaner please read this manual carefully
and keep it for future reference.

Just a little preventation care on your part can save you a great deal of time and money over the life
of your Vacuum Cleaner. You’ll find many answers to common problems in the chart of
troubleshooting tips. If you review the chart of troubleshooting tips first, you may not need to call for
service.

1.1 General safety
• This appliance complies with
the international security
standards.
• This appliance can be used
by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge
if they have been given su-
pervision or instruction con-
cerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appli-
ance. Cleaning and user main-
tenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
• Do not use it if the power
cable or the appliance itself is
damaged. Contact an author-
ized service.
• Your mains power supply
should comply with the infor-
mation supplied on the rating
plate of the appliance.
• The mains supply of the appli-
ance must be secured with a
minimum 16 A fuse.
• Do not use the appliance with
an extension cord.
• In order to prevent the power
cable from getting damaged,
make sure that it doesn't get
stuck, twisted or rub against
sharp surfaces.
• Do not touch the appliance or
its plug when it is plugged if
your hands are damp or wet.
• Do not pull the power cable
when unpluggingthe appliance.
• Do not vacuum ammable
materials and when vacuum-
ing cigarette ashes make sure
that it got cold.

• Do not vacuum water or other
liquid materials.
• Protect the appliance from
rain, humidity and heat
sources.
• Never use the appliance in or
near to combustible or inam-
mable places and materials.
• Unplug the appliance before
cleaning and maintenance.
• Do not dip the appliance or its
cable in water to clean it.
• Check the hose of the appli-
ance regularly. Do not use if
it is damaged and contact an
authorized service.
• Do not attempt to dismantle
the appliance.
• Only use the original parts or
parts recommended by the
manufacturer.
• If heavily used for cleaning
dust such as cement or grout
the dust indicator will lit ear-
lier then expected, in such
case replace the dust bag
even it is empty.
• Do not use the appliance
without lters; otherwise it
can get damaged.
• When vacuuming the stairs,
the appliance should be lo-
cated below the user.
• If your store the package ma-
terial, keep it out of the reach
of children.

3.1 Purpose

The product is designed for
domestic use and may not be used
for industrial purposes.
1. To attach the hose, push the
hose end fitting it in the slot (fig. 1)
(you will hear a click).
• The safety components on the
hose end must be suitably aligned.
2. To detach the hose, press the
release buttons on the sides of the
hose end and pull the hose out (fig.
2).
1. Attach the telescopic tube
(fig.3) to the handle.
2. Pull the telescopic tube (fig.3)
off the handle to detach.
3. To adjust the length of
the telescopic tube, push
the adjustment clip of the
telescopic tube in the direction
indicated by the arrow and
pull its head.

3.4 Attaching accessories 3.5 Adjusting the
floor/carpet brush
Attach the various accessories to
the tube based on the purpose of
the cleaning: the floor brush (adjust
for type of floor) for carpet or hard
floor (fig. 4, 5); combine the brush
and the narrow space accessory
for the sofa, wall surface, curtain,
corners or spaces between
furniture, etc. (fig. 6)
Press the adjustment clip on the
floor/carpet brush (fig. 5);
• ” ” – use this
position for hard surfaces
and floors.
“”” – use this position for
carpets and rugs.

3.6 Operation
1. Plug in the device
after inserting the plug on the
back of the device.
2. Press the On/Off switch (fig.
7) to start the device.

3.7 Retracting the cord
Retract the cord: hold the plug and
pull out the cord; press the cord
retraction pedal to pull in the cord
(fig. 8).

container
4.2 Filter cleaning
Stop and unplug the device before
cleaning.
1. Change the dust bag: when
the indicator turns red, it is
time to clean the dust bag or
replace it with a new one. (fig.
9)
2. Open the front cover. (fig. 10)
3. Remove the bag, then the dust
container. (fig. 11)

Never use petrol,
solvent, abrasive
cleaning agents,
metal objects or hard
brushes to clean the
device.
WARNING: Do
not use hot air
appliances such as a
hair drier or radiator
to dry the filters.
WARNING: Do not
install the filters
before they are
completely dry;
otherwise, a smell
of damp may occur
during operation,
water may leak
from the back of the
device, or the filters
may get damaged.
WARNING: Attach the
filters in their places
after drying.

4.2.1 Motor protection filter

If you do not intend to use the
device for a longer period, please
store it carefully.
• Unplug the device.
• Keep the device out of children’s
reach.
The HEPA filter is
located on the back of the
device.
1. Detach the HEPA filter pushing
it out of its handle.
2. Shake the outer HEPA filter to
remove the dust. You can then
wash it holding the clean part
under a jet of cold water.
3. After washing the HEPA filter,
dry it at room temperature
(for at least 24 hours). Do not
use before ensuring that it is
completely dry.
The filters are placed on the back of
the dust container (fig. 12).
4. Push the dust container
release mechanism
(fig.11) towards you to release.
5. Detach the HEPA filter
(fig.12 and fig.13) and
the motor protection
filter located at the back of
the dust container (fig.14 and
fig.15).
6. After washing the
sponge protection filter
underajetofwater,wringitgently
and let it dry (for a minimum
24 hours).
7. Shake the inner HEPA filter to
remove the dust. You can then
wash it holding the clean part
under a jet of cold water.
8. After washing the HEPA
filter, dry it at room
temperature (for at least
24 hours). Do not use before
ensuring that it is completely
dry.

4.3 Handling and transport
• During handling and transport,
keep the device in its original
package. The packaging protects
the device against physical
damage.
• Do not place heavy weights on
the device or package. The device
my get damaged.
• If dropped, the device may no
longer function or may become
irretrievably damaged.
