SPECIFICATIONS
Exterior: Cabinet front and shroud shall be 22-gauge
stainless steel. Exterior sides shall be aluminum. Facing
of shroud shall be easily removable without the use of
tools.
Cabinet interior shall be anodized aluminum. Bottom
& top of liner shall be die-stamped to provide
radius corners and a recessed bottom. Base shall be
fully insulated with high-density foamed in place
polyurethane.
Interior shall have three epoxy-coated wire shelves per
door section. Shelf support pilasters shall be heavy-duty
with shelves adjustable at 1.0” (2.5 cm) increments.
Units are mounted on 6” (15.24 cm) metal legs.
Doors: Solid doors shall have a 22-gauge stainless steel
exterior & anodized aluminum interior liner. Doors shall
be fully insulated with high density foamed in place
polyurethane. Each door shall have two self-closing,
cam-lift style hinges. Doors shall be easily removable
without use of tools. Door gaskets shall be magnetic
snap-in style to allow simple replacement. Door handles
shall be recessed.

Mechanical controls shall be located behind a removable
shroud facing.
Freezers: Refrigeration system shall use R404A
refrigerant. System shall be completely outside food
zone to maximize internal storage space. System shall
utilize a dual diversion high ow air distribution system,
and shall be a high capacity design. Evaporator coils
shall have deep-corrugated, staged n construction for
maximum efciency with fewer defrost cycles. Cabinet
shall maintain 00F internal temperature.
Single Voltage Models Only: Electrical connections
shall be 115 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, with an
eight ft. (2.4m) long electrical cord & plug as shown
on reference chart. Cord & plug shall be wired to the
junction box on top of the unit.
Dual Voltage Models Only: Electrical connections
shall be 115/208-230 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, and
must be hard-wired to the junction box located on top
of the unit.
