SHORT CORD INFORMATION. A short cord is provided to reduce
the risk of entangled cord or tripping. Extension cords may be
used if care is exercised in their use. If an extension cord is used,
the marked electrical rating of the cord must be equal or higher
than the electrical rating of the appliance. The longer cord
should be arranged so that it will not drape over the tabletop
where it can be pulled on or tripped over unintentionally.

MENU
Press the MENU button to switch and rotate between 1-15 built-in program.
1 - Soft Bread 2 - Sweet Bread 3 - Natural Sourdough
4 - French 5 - Whole Wheat 6 - Quick
7 - Sugar Free 8 - Multi-grain 9 - Milky Loaf

LOAF
Press the LOAF button to select bread weight (1.0 lb / 1.5 lb / 2.0 lb).
NOTE: Loaf cannot be adjusted for menu 10 -12, 14, 15.
COLOR
Press the COLOR button to select desired bread crust finish between Light / Medium / Dark.
INCREASE
Press the + button to increase setting value. Press and hold the button to increase the value in a faster rate.
DECREASE
Press the - button to decrease setting value. Press and hold the button to decrease the value in a faster rate.

Control Panel
START/STOP/PAUSE
Press this button to start or stop the unit. It will gives a buzzer sound once pressed.
When the unit is in operation, press once to pause. The unit will pause the countdown timer and all other actions. Press again to
resume.
Press and hold this button for 3 seconds to stop the unit.
This bread maker (Program 1-9, 11, 12) have a reservation function. Press “start” button to confirm after setting the reservation tim-
er. If you wish to skip the reservation time, press “start” button again and “-” will flash on the display. Then the unit will start making
the bread.
Program 14,15 allows you to set the time. Click “start” button to confirm after setting the time and the display will stop flashing.
Click “start” button again to start making the bread.

User Instruction
PLACING THE UNIT
Place the unit on solid, level, and heat resistant surface. DO NOT put the unit on top of other appliance.
Check the wire cord, socket, and fuse box. Make sure the rating load is higher than 6A.
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. Take the bread bucket from the housing and insert the kneading blade into the bucket.
2. Add the ingredient into the bucket according to the recommended recipe.
NOTE: For best result, make sure to add water and other liquid first, follow by flour and other ingredient and bread yeast at last.
3. Put the bread bucket back to the housing.
4. Rotate the bucket clockwise to lock the bucket in place and close the lid.
5. Plug the unit to a grounded outlet and the unit will make a buzzer sound indicating it is in stand by mode.
6. Press the MENU button to select the desired pre-programmed cycle..
7. Press the LOAF button to select bread weight.
8. Press the COLOR button to select desired bread crust finish.
9. Set reserve timer (OPTIONAL)
Press “+” or “-” to set the delay timer.
NOTE: Reserve timer allows you to set a countdown timer to delay the start time.
10. Press START to start the bread making cycle or the reserve timer.
11. Once the unit finished the pre-programmed cycle it will make a buzzer sound and automatically switched into “Keep Warm”
mode.
12. Press the STOP button and unplug the unit from power outlet. Then take the bread bucket out and enjoy your bread.
⚠CAUTION! WARNING: Be careful of hot bread bucket and bread. Wear Glove or use heat insulation to protect yourself.
NOTE: The kneading blade might stuck in the bread. Use the provided hook to remove the kneading blade from the bread.
MEMORY FUNCTION
This unit holds a 15 minutes memory keeping automatically.
In case of an electrical disconnection, the unit would resume its working progress if the electrical connection is restore within 15
minutes.

By selecting Leavened Dough, the unit will knead and ferment the dough without baking it.
You can use the leavened dough to make food such as pizza.

You can make delicious fruit jams with this unit.
Prepare fruit recommended by the recipe, then clean, peel, and remove cores from the fruit. Cut them into pieces around the size
of 3cm (around 1 inch) and then lightly squeeze and smash them before putting them into the bread maker.
The default time is 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Loaf and color is not applicable and cannot be selected in this mode.

14. BAKE
Use the BAKE function to bake your bread. Put a leavened dough in the bread maker and adjust the bake time from 5 minutes to
1 hour 30 minutes.

NOTE:
FLOUR
For best result, use bread flour for bread.
YEAST POWDER
For best result, use fresh yeast powder and do not replace yeast powder with soda powder.
WATER AND FLOUR RATIO
The amount of water depends on the type of flour and environmental temperature.
Check the dough through the viewing window after the unit start kneading the dough. Add more flour if the dough is too wet or
add water if the dough is too dry.
Press PAUSE button to temporary pause the kneading precess and add flour / water if necessary. Press START button again to
resume kneading.

Care and Maintenance
CLEANING
1. Unplug the appliance from electrical outlet before cleaning.
2. Clean the unit surface with a moist cloth. Apply a small amount of neutral cleaning solution if necessary. DO NOT use gas oil or
other abrasive cleansers and corrosive liquid.
3. Clean the bread bucket and all accessories with neutral cleaning solution and dry it thoroughly before storing or using again.
NOTE: If the kneading blade is caught in the bucket, add water in the bucket and let it sit for a while before attempting to detach
the kneading blade
NOTE: Clean the whole unit if not used for a extended period of time.

Use this unit in area with less than 95% air relative humidity.
Store this unit within -40°F ~ 140°F.
