TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the power light is not on, then the WiBE®is not connected to the mains. Only use WiBE®power adaptor, model SAW-0601600.
The WiFi light should come on within a minute of plugging the WiBE®in. If it does not then there is likely to be a fault with the WiBE®.
The antenna lights will flash to show that the WiBE®is searching for the best 3G connection. This process should take less than 5 minutes from the power
light coming on.
The 3G light will only come on if the WiBE®can connect to a 3G network. For this to happen it must be in range of a 3G network. It can take several
minutes for the WiBE® to detect a network providers APN configuration details the first time a new SIM is inserted. If the 3G light flashes quickly there is a
problem with the SIM/3G connection. Note that the WiBE®only connects to a 3G network . It will not connect to a 2G network if 3G is not available.
When the WiBE®has succeeded in connecting to a 3G network, the 3G light will be on and one of the antenna lights will show which antenna the WiBE®is
using. If one antenna light is on and another is flashing, the connection is OK, but it may get a better data speed if the WiBE® is moved to a different side of
the building.
