Bevor Sie Ihr Produkt aufstellen und in Betrieb nehmen, lesen Sie diese Betriebsanleitung vollständig. Beachten
Sie immer die Sicherheits- und Warnhinweise.
Diese Betriebsanleitung richtet sich an alle Personen, die mit dem Produkt direkt oder indirekt in Berührung
kommen.
Diese Betriebsanleitung ist Produktbestandteil. Lagern Sie die Betriebsanleitung deswegen immer griffbereit am
Produkt.

Dieses Kapitel gibt Ihnen wichtige Hinweise zum sicheren Umgang mit dem Produkt. Die Hinweise dienen dem
Schutz von Personen und dem sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb. Handlungsbezogene Warnhinweise finden Sie
in den entsprechenden Handlungsanweisungen.
Das Produkt ist nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik und den anerkannten Regeln der Technik gebaut.
DENIOS gewährleistet die normgerechte elektrische Ableitfähigkeit des Produkts zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung.
Vom Produkt können Gefahren ausgehen, wenn es unsachgemäß, nicht bestimmungsgemäß verwendet oder von
unausgebildeten Personen bedient, gewartet oder instand gesetzt wird.
Gefahren können entstehen für:

Produkt und andere Vermögenswerte im Umfeld des Produkts
Befolgen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise in dieser Betriebsanleitung sowie alle Sicherheitshinweise in den

Mängel- und Haftungsansprüche
Mängel- und Haftungsansprüche, bei Personen- und Sachschäden, gegenüber DENIOS sind ausgeschlossen,
wenn sie auf eine oder mehrere der folgenden Ursachen zurückzuführen sind:
Fehlanwendung
unsachgemäßes Montieren, in Betrieb nehmen, Bedienen oder Warten
Missachtung der Hinweise in dieser Betriebsanleitung
Betrieb mit defekten Sicherheitseinrichtungen oder nicht sachgemäß angebrachten oder nicht
funktionsfähigen Sicherheits- und Schutzvorrichtung
Produkt wurde trotz Mangels oder Defekts verwendet
Unsachgemäß durchgeführte Reparaturarbeiten
Vandalismus
Katastrophenfälle durch Fremdkörpereinwirkung und höherer Gewalt
Eigenverantwortliche Umbaumaßnahmen am Produkt
2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der mobile Hubtisch ist ein Gerät zum schnellen, stufenlosen und exakten Heben und Senken von Lasten. Er kann
kleine Strecken auf ebenem Untergrund ohne Last verfahren werden. Die Höhenverstellung mittels hydraulischer
Fußpumpe ermöglicht eine schnelle und optimale Einstellung der Arbeitshöhe.
2.1.1 Fehlanwendung
Folgende Handlungen widersprechen der bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung:

2.2 Betreiberpflichten
Ohne Genehmigungen des Herstellers dürfen keine Veränderungen, An- oder Umbauten am Produkt vorgenommen
werden. Für Veränderungen ohne Genehmigung des Herstellers wird keine Haftung übernommen und die
Gewährleistung erlischt.
Die nationalen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbestimmungen sind zu beachten.
2.2.1 Vor der Inbetriebnahme
Vor Inbetriebnahme muss die Sperrschraube (5, vgl. Kapitel 3) an der Oberseite des Hydraulikzylinders durch die
mitgelieferte Entlüftungsschraube mit durchbohrtem Kopf ersetzt werden.
2.2.2 Ständige Pflichten
Lesen Sie folgend die ständigen Pflichten des Betreibers:

2.3 Anforderungen an Personal
Gefahrloses Arbeiten ist nur möglich, wenn ausschließlich fachlich qualifiziertes Personal das Produkt bedient,
wartet oder instand hält.
Personal in Ausbildung darf nur am Produkt arbeiten, wenn eine qualifizierte Person die Arbeit lückenlos
überwacht. Halten Sie sich streng an folgende Punkte:
Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung beachten
Produkt immer bestimmungsgemäß verwenden
Hersteller-Betriebsanleitungen befolgen
Betriebsanweisungen befolgen
Schäden und Störungen an Vorgesetzte melden und umgehend Instand setzen lassen
nur ausdrücklich angewiesene Arbeiten durchführen
niemals die Zuständigkeit überschreiten
2.4 Spezielle Sicherheitshinweise
Es ist die BGV D8 (Winden, Hub- und Zuggeräte) zu beachten!
Halten Sie sich streng an folgende Punkte:

In angehobener Position darf der Tisch nicht verfahren werden!

Die angegebene Tragfähigkeit darf nicht überschritten werden.

Vorbereitung
Fahren Sie den Tisch an die gewünschte Position.
Funktion des Feststellers
Der Hubtisch ist mit einem Feststeller mit absenkbarer Bodenplatte ausgestattet, der
verhindert, dass sich der Tisch unabsichtlich bewegt. Die Bodenplatte senkt sich, wenn Sie
den Feststellhebel (4) mit einem Fußtritt nach unten drücken. Wenn Sie die Arretierung wieder
lösen möchten, drücken Sie mit dem Fuß auf einen der Hebel (3).
Beladen
Beim Beladen des Tisches ist darauf zu achten, dass die Last stabil und gleichmäßig auf der Tischfläche verteilt
ist. Die Last darf nicht über die Tischfläche hinausragen.
Anheben des Tisches
Bevor der Tisch angehoben wird, muss der Feststeller abgesenkt werden.
Betätigen Sie das Hubpedal (1) mehrere Male bis der Tisch die gewünschte Höhe erreicht hat.
Der Tisch kann nicht weiter angehoben werden wenn er seine max. Höhe erreicht hat, auch wenn das Pedal
weiter betätigt wird.
Der Hydraulikzylinder hält nun Tisch in der gewünschten Höhe.
Senken des Tisches
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Absenken, dass der Bereich unter dem Tisch frei von Hindernissen ist.
Solange Sie das Absenkpedal (2) betätigen, senkt sich der Tisch langsam ab.
Verfahren des Hubtisches
Lösen Sie die Feststeller. Verfahren Sie den Tisch in die gewünschte Position.

Der Hubtisch darf nur von autorisiertem Personal gewartet werden.
In regelmäßigen Abständen muss eine Sicht- und Funktionskontrolle durch einen Sachkundigen erfolgen.
Der Prüfumfang erstreckt sich auf festen Sitz der Schraubenverbindungen, Brüche, Verformungen, Anrisse,
Beschädigungen, Verschleiß, Korrosionsschäden und Funktionsstörungen des Produkts.
Außerdem sind außerordentliche Prüfungen nach Schadensfällen oder besonderen Vorkommnissen, die die
Tragfähigkeit beeinflussen können, sowie nach Instandsetzung durch einen Sachkundigen durchzuführen.
Die Prüfungen sind zu dokumentieren (§11 BSV).
Die beweglichen Bauteile müssen regelmäßig auf Leichtgängigkeit überprüft und gegebenenfalls mit
handelsüblichem Fett nachgeschmiert werden.
Durch tägliche Sichtkontrollen muss überprüft werden, ob es Leckagen am Hydrauliksystem gibt.
Lufteinschlüsse entfernen
Senken Sie den Tisch ab und lassen das Absenk-Pedal (2) gedrückt. Anschließend betätigen Sie einige Male das
Hubpedal (1).
Öl nachfüllen
Wenn Sie Öl nachfüllen, verwenden Sie ein Hydraulik-Öl entsprechend ISO VG 46.
Senken Sie den Tisch ab. Entfernen Sie die Entlüftungsschraube (5) und füllen Öl bis zur Unterkante der
Ölbohrung nach.

Bevor Sie das Produkt entsorgen, müssen Sie es gründlich von allen Flüssigkeitsrückständen reinigen. Führen Sie
Brenn- und Schneidarbeiten nur außerhalb von Ex-Zonen durch.
So entsorgen Sie das Produkt
Produkt ist gereinigt.
1. Produkt nicht im normalen Hausmüll, sondern den nationalen
Vorschriften entsprechend entsorgen.

Safety instructions
Claims for defects and liability
DENIOS is not liable for claims for defects, damage or injury to persons or property caused by one or more of
the following:
Misuse
Incorrect assembly, commissioning, operation or maintenance
Non-observance of the notices in the operating instructions
Operation with defective safety equipment or safety and protective equipment which has been fitted
incorrectly or which is not in working order
Use of the product when defects or faults are present
Incorrectly conducted repair work
Vandalism
Catastrophe situations caused by the effect of foreign bodies and force majeure
Independent conversion of the product
2.1 Intended use of the equipment
The mobile lifting table is a device for the quick, smooth and precise lifting and lowering of loads. It may be
moved for short distances on an even surface, without a load. The height is adjusted by means of a hydraulic
foot pump and this allows a rapid and optimum adjustment of working height.
2.1.1 Misuse
The following are considered as not in accordance with the intended use:
Moving when loaded
Moving over uneven surfaces
Use in areas at risk of an explosion
2.2 Operator duties
No changes, extensions or modifications may be made to the product without the manufacturer's authorisation.
No liability is accepted for changes made without the manufacturer's authorisation and in such cases the
warranty will cease to be valid.
National directives and safety regulations must be complied with.
2.2.1 Before commissioning
Before commissioning, the locking screw (5, see section 3) on the top of the hydraulic cylinder must be replaced
by the supplied bleed screw with a perforated head.
2.2.2 Permanent obligations
The following are permanent obligations for the operator:

Anyone who works with the product is qualified for his area of responsibility
Maintenance and service intervals are adhered to

Safety instructions
2.3 Personnel requirements
Risk-free working is only guaranteed, when only specially qualified workers use, maintain or repair the
product.
Persons undergoing training may only be permitted to work with the product if a qualified person is constantly
supervising the work. The following points must be strictly observed:
Observe the regulations for occupational safety and accident prevention
Always use the product in accordance with the intended use
Follow the manufacturer's operating instructions
Follow the operator’s instructions
Report any damage or faults to a supervisor and have them repaired immediately
Only carry out work which has been specifically instructed
Never exceed the set responsibilities
2.4 Special safety instructions
The German regulations BGV D8 (hoisting, lifting and winching equipment) are to be observed!
The following points must be strictly observed:
Only use for the intended purpose!
The table must not be moved in a raised position!
Only move when unloaded!
The specified load capacity must not be exceeded.
Do not move on slopes or uneven ground.

Preparation
Move the table to the required location.
Operation of the brake
The lifting table has a brake with a lowerable base plate, which prevents the table from being
accidentally moved. The base plate lowers when the brake lever (4) is pressed down by foot.
When the brake is to be released, press one of the levers (3).
Loading
When loading the table, care is to be taken that the load is evenly distributed over the table surface. The load
must not protrude beyond the table surface.
Raising the table
Before the table is raised the brake must be lowered.
Activate the lifting pedal (1) several times until the table has reached the desired height.
The table cannot be raised further when it has reached its maximum height even if the pedal is further
activated.
The hydraulic cylinder now holds the table at the desired height.
Lowering the table
Before lowering ensure that the area under the table is clear.
As long as the lowering lever (2) is operated, the table will sink slowly down.
Moving the lifting table
Release the brake. Move the table to the required location.

The lifting table must be serviced by authorised personnel only.
A visual and functional inspection must be carried out by a qualified person at regular intervals.
The inspection should include firm seating of screwed connections, fissures, deformities, cracks, damage,
wear, corrosion damage and operational faults of the product.
In addition, in the event of damage or particular incidents that could influence load capacity, and after repairs,
an additional inspection by a qualified employee of the operator is to be carried out.
The inspections are to be documented (§11 BSV).
The moving components must be checked regularly for ease of movement and if required relubricated with
commercially-available lubricating grease.
A daily visual inspection must be carried out to establish whether there are leaks in the hydraulic system.
Removing air bubbles
Lower the table and leave the lowering pedal (2) pressed down. Operate the lifting pedal (1) once more.
Topping up the fluid

Lower the table. Remove the bleed screw (5) and fill fluid up to the lower edge of the fluid hole.

Before disposing of the product, it must be thoroughly cleaned of any liquid residue. Burning and cutting work
may only be carried out outside of Ex zones.
How to dispose of the product
The product has been cleaned.
1. Do not dispose of the product in a normal household
waste bin; observe the relevant national regulations.
