Warning

This product should not be exposed to:

UNPACKING
After unpackin the machine, please store the box and the packin material for
future use. Failin to ship the machine back in its ori inal machine box,
Styrofoam and packin material will void the machine’s warranty.
Installation
Please follow below step-by-step instructions:
1. Place the machine on a solid flat surface before usin .
2. Please review the safety considerations to carefully choose an
appropriate workspace environment to operate the machine.
3. Connect the power cord to the machine power supply port (back of
the machine).
4. Connect the power cord to a wall outlet or socket.
5. Ensure volta e operatin ran e: AC 110V
6. Turn the machine ON and verify if it is functionin properly.
7. In case of any error messa e, please check the troubleshootin
section or contact the service center for help.
Note: when replacin fuses, make sure to use the same type and ratin
(5x20mm, 0.5A). The fuses are located in the power jack compartment.

COUNTING OPERATION
IMP RTANT: Before turnin on the Aura DT100, please make sure that no
coins are present in the Coin Hopper. This will cause an “ER” Error when
the Self-test is performed. To Clear the “ER” Error, press the “START/STOP”
button, then empty any coins present in the coin trays.
Turn on the Power Switch located on the rear of the machine. The unit will
conduct a self-check to confirm the proper operation of all its modules before
startin the count.
The Main Display will show “0” when the test has successfully completed. If any
error is reported, refer to the maintenance and troubleshootin section of the
manual.
I. COUNTING:
The machine always operates in batchin mode. To enable simple countin , all
batch quantities need to be set to zero.
To set batch quantities to zero, press and hold the “-” button for approximately
three to five seconds until you hear a beep.
1. Before loadin the hopper, please make sure there are no uncounted
coins remainin from the previous count.
2. To count coins, place them into the hopper and press the “START/
STOP'' button. The machine will automatically sort all coins into the
appropriate coin trays.
3. The machine will automatically stop when all the coins in the hopper
are counted, or if the batch quantity for any coin denomination is
reached.
4. To stop the machine at any time durin the count, press the “START/
STOP” button. Resume the count by pressin the same button.
5. To reset the coin count before startin a new batch, press the “C”
button.

Note: When a coin tray becomes full, stop the machine and empty the tray
to ensure a trouble free countin operation. Stoppin the machine will
not alter or reset the count. You can continue countin by pressin the
"START/STOP" button.
Durin the count, the Aura DT100 will automatically display the total value of
counted coins on the screen and value breakdown by denomination.
II. ADDING
The machine operates in ADD mode by default, the coin count is added to the
count from previous batches. To start a new count, press the “C” button. This will
reset the coin count to Zero
III. Setting Batch Quantities:
Each denomination can be assi ned a unique batch quantity.
1. Settin Custom batch quantities
–Press the “SET” until the desired denomination appears on the left
part of the screen.
–To assi n a batch quantity for this denomination press the “BAT”
button until a desired batch quantity appears on the display
(0, 10, 20, 25, 50, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500). Small adjustments
of +/- 1 to batch quantity can be made by pressin “-“ or “+” button.
–Repeat this procedure to set the desired batch quantities for other
coin denominations.
2. Settin batch quantities for coin rolls
Press and hold the “+” button for approximately three to five seconds
until a beep is sounded. This automatically pro rams each coin
denomination for coin tubes as follow:

Press and hold the “SET” button for approximately three to five seconds
until a beep is sounded. This automatically pro rams each coin
denomination for coin tray amounts as follows:
IV. C EAR BATCH QUANTITIES
You may clear all batch quantities by pressin and holdin the “-” button for
approx. three to five seconds. The unit will make a beep sound, indicatin all
batch quantities have been reset to zero.
V. WRAPPING COINS
The coin tube attachments allow you to sort coins directly into
preformed paper bank roll wrappers.
To use the coin tube attachments, perform the followin steps:
1. Remove the coin tray(s) for the denomination coins that will be usin
coin tubes.
2. Insert the correct paper wrapper in the coin tubes with the folded end
down. Ensure the top of the paper wrapper is below the top lip of the
coin tube as shown in Fi ure 1.
3. Attach the coin tubes to the DT100 by slowly slidin each tube into the
proper slot in the base of the machine as shown in Fi ures 2 and 3.

Use coin denomination labels to help you place the coin tubes. Coin tubes
should be placed exactly underneath the coin denomination label.

4. Set coin roll batch quantities for each coin denomination by pressin
and holdin the “+” button for approximately three to five seconds
until a beep is sounded. This pro rams each coin denomination for
tubes.
5. Adjust for standard bank coin roll sizes ( see Section III. Settin Batch
Quantities)
6. Load coins into the coin hopper and press the “START/STOP” button.
The Aura DT100 will automatically dispense the correct number of
coins into each coin tube.
7. Remove the full coin tube from the Aura DT100 and slide out the
paper wrapper containin the coins. Fold the open top end of the
wrapper. Insert and empty wrapper in the coin tube and reinstall the
coin tube.
8. Press the “START/STOP” button to continue batchin .

Maintenance and cleaning procedure
Standard maintenance and cleanin of the unit are important and
recommended to si nificantly prolon the lifespan of the product. Cleanin
the unit helps prevent issues that may lead to costly repairs. Dirty sensors can
affect the overall performance of the Aura DT100, which can lead to a variety of
errors such as El - E9 and EA codes. We su est cleanin the unit on a re ular
basis to maintain top performance. Keep the machine covered when not in use.

Steps
1. Turn the power switch off and disconnect the power cord from the
outlet.
2. Usin a Phillips screwdriver, remove the three screws located at the
bottom ed e of the housin , that secure it. The picture below shows
the location of the three screws:

3. Remove the housin by slowly liftin strai ht up. Be aware two cables
will remain attached to the housin . CAUTION: Do not pull or twist the
cables.

4. Refer pictures below to locate countin sensors (one dark, one clear)
positioned at the top of coin dischar e chutes which are placed under
the distribution wheel. The countin sensors (one dark, one clear) are
located at the top of 2,3,4,6 and 8th coin dischar e chutes.

5. Usin a cotton swab or a microfiber cloth li htly moistened with
isopropyl alcohol, clean the round end of each pair of countin sensors
in each coin path. Next inspect the coin dischar e paths for any debris
that mi ht be obstructin the sensors (paper coin tube wrappers,
etc.).
6. Check if the sensors are positioned strai ht, if not, strai hten them up
ently. Too much force can dama e the sensors.

7. Locate the run sensor pair.
8. Gently wipe the run sensor pair with a cotton swab or a microfiber
cloth li htly moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
9. Check if the sensors are positioned strai ht, if not, ently strai hten
them up. Too much force can dama e the sensors.
EA ERROR TROUB ESHOOTING
10. Inspect the interior of the machine. Remove coins or any other forei n
objects that may be preventin the coin platter from rotatin .

11. Clean the dust from the distribution wheel and sensors usin an air
duster. Spray the air duster from left to ri ht with a rotative circle as
shown below. Intensify the sprayin around sensors. Be cautious and
always keep the nozzle 1-2 inches away from the unit.

12. Reinstall the housin . Housin must be properly lined up with the AC
power cord at the back of the machine.
Do not force the housin while placin it back, as this could dama e the coin
feed mechanism built into the housin .
13. Reinstall all three cover screws removed in the be innin of this
section.
14. Ensure all cleaned parts are dry of the cleanin a ent prior to use.
15. If, after followin this procedure, issues are still occurrin with the
