Uncoil the cable completely.
Check if the heating plates are clean and dust-free and if necessary, wipe them with a
damp cloth.
Place the appliance on a flat, level surface.
Connect the plug to the mains supply and the red and green light will be illuminated at
the same time indicating that the cooking surface has begun pre-heating. As soon as
the cooking surface has reached the appropriate temperature (usually it will take

red light on (during the operating process, the red light will always be on). The appliance
is now ready to cook.
Open the appliance and place your food on the lower plate. Please note that frozen
food should be completely defrosted prior to cooking.
At this point close the appliance and the green light will be illuminated again. (During
this time, the indicator light will turn on and off due to the automatic temperature
control).
During cooking, excess fat will flow through the drain holes into the drip tray.
Open the appliance after the green light turns off. At this point your food should be
ready but cooking time can be extended according to your taste.
After cooking, open the appliance and remove your food with a wooden or plastic
