Dear Customer,
Before using the appliance for the first time, please read this manual carefully, paying particular attention
to the safety regulations outlined below.
1. Important safety instructions
• The sealing bar can reach high temperatures during and after the employment.
Therefore we urge you to beware and to avoid a direct contact until the indicated part
isn’t completely cooled.
• All machines can activate the sealing bar even if the lid is open, with all the related
thermic risks.
• The employment of the device is only for interior rooms.
• The device musn’t be opened by the final user.
If the electric cable is damaged or some electric reparations are needed people must
adress to the constructor or to the technical service in order to prevent risks.
• Read these instructions before using the machine. Keep them with the machine for
future reference.
• Keep the working environment tidy and clean.
• Keep children away from the machine working area.
• Use the vacuum packer for the purpose for which it was designed only. Applications other
than vacuum packing will devoid the warranty and may be dangerous.
• Do not overload the machine. Look after the machine carefully.
•
Rest the device on a stable, safe surface. Dropping the machine may cause severe damage.
• Do not pack liquid foods or substances inside bags to avoid danger and prevent damaging
the device beyond repair.
• To pack foods with a high amount of liquid substances inside, eliminate the excess fluid
carefully using a cloth or food-safe paper before packing; alternatively use a rigid con-
tainer or lids for jars made available by the manufacturer in different sizes.
• Check for foreign objects (knives. blades, tools, etc.) near the sealing bar before starting
each process.
• Always stop the machine, turn the switch to zero and unplug the power cord before start-
ing any operation (e.g. cleaning, checking packed products, adjustments, etc.) to prevent
unexpected start-up. This precaution must also be adopted when the machine is not
working. Check that mains voltage and frequency correspond to those shown on the ma-
chine and that the plug is proportioned to the drawn current.
• Only use original spare parts and accessories.
• This is an electrical device. Never submerge the machine in water.
• Never expose the machine to jets of water.
• Never pull the cord to unplug the machine.

• The power socket you use must be connected to earth and your electrical system must
be provided with an automatic circuit breaker.
• Entrust replacements of the power cord and electrical repairs to specialised personnel
only.
• The machine must be installed and used by only one operator at a time. It is not designed
to be operated by more than one person at a time.
• The protective measures applied do not eliminate completely the risk of upper limbs
burns.
• While working, the welding bar reaches high temperature. Therefore it’s really important
to avoid any contact with the bar till it cools completely.
• Electrical connections to the power supply system should be done by qualified personnel
only.

The machine essentially consists of a main struc-
ture (A) entirely made of ABS plastic, inside which
the electrical panel and the vacuum generating
working unit are arranged. No interventions are re-
quired on the working unit (except for supplemen-
tary maintenance which should be entrusted to the
manufacturer). It is recommended not to intervene
in any way except for the specific operations de-
scribed in this instruction manual.
The sealing bar (D), which seals the bag at the end
of the process, is arranged outside the structure on
the lower front of the machine. A gasket (E) delim-
its the fixed part of the decompression chamber,
where the bag opening is arranged for packaging.
The mobile part of the decompression chamber is
filled on a mobile lid (C) connected to the structure
by means of two hinges to be arranged on the bag
opening during the process.
3. Starting up
• Remove the machine from its packaging, ar-
range It on a work surface and make sure if is
stable.
• It is important that all four feet of the device rest
on the surface to ensure that the lower part of
the machine is secure when the lid (C) is closed.
This is required for correct air suction.
• It is advisable to keep the machine packaging in
case you need to deliver it to have it repaired.
• Carefully clean the machine before starting it up.
• Wipe with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth to
clean the structure. Use a dry cloth only to clean
the control panel.
• Never use acid or caustic products.
• Insert the plug in the socket.
