DIMCHAE DOEA-124S Series User manual

Second,
The thick cold air curtain layer between
the cover and the storage compart-
ment keeps cold air inside and pre-
vents warm outside air from entering.
It is a unique technology developed by
dimchae° that keeps kimchi fresh for a
long time.
The cold air curtain preserves
the taste of kimchi.
First,
Vital Fermentation Science takes
dimchae°’s Vitamin Fermentation Sci-
ence, which makes your kimchi deli-
cious and nutritious, one step further.
Vital Fermentation Science makes
kimchi taste good and promotes bet-
ter health and vitality by increasing the
amount of kimchi lactic acid, vitamin C,
and ornithine.
※
What is ornithine?
Ornithine is an amino acid that plays
an important role in increasing the ba-
sal metabolism, improving liver func-
tion, and promoting the secretion of
growth hormone. This acid promotes
health and vitality in adults as well as
in growing children.
Vital Fermentation Science!
Healthy for your Family,
and the delicious taste
of kimchi!
No more worries about
frost with the Ez Clean
function!
Third,
In most refrigerators, frost is formed
because of the dierence between
the inside and outside temperature.
You can easily defrost the refrigerator
by using the Ez Clean function. This
function melts frost in 30 minutes by
increasing the temperature inside the
compartment. When you use the Ez
Clean function, it is important to rst
remove all food from the compart-
ment. Food in the compartment may
be spoiled during defrosting.
Five
Advantages
of

Experience the fresh freezing
function that keeps kimchi
and all other food fresh
and delicious.
With its specialized storage
capability, dimchae° is the
only kimchi refrigerator
that can keep all types
of kimchi.
Fourth,
dimchae°’s new-concept freezing
technology freezes food very slightly
without destroying the tissue when
you are storing food for a short period
of time, and freezes food more fully if
you intend to store it for a long period
of time. The fresh freezing mode freez-
es food slowly, so the defrosting time
is short and the true texture and nutri-
tion of the food is preserved.
Fifth,
dimchae° can store kimchi for a long
period of time. It also dissolves plenty
of CO₂, which helps to bring out the
fresh taste, and keeps kimchi fresher
for a long period of time by slowing
down the growth of the lactic acid bac-
teria that can make kimchi taste bitter.
This new technology developed by
dimchae° prevents kimchi from over-
ripening for the rst three months, af-
ter which it keeps kimchi fresher for a
longer period of time by slowing down
the ripening.
