Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Why can't the Digital Photo Frame (DPF) play certain types of files?
A. While the DPF can support a wide variety of file formats, there are
some that aren't compatible due to the software used to run the DPF.
Q. I have a memory card in the DPF, but it's not reading the card. What
should I do?
A. First, make sure that you are using a memory card that is supported
by the DPF (i.e. SD/MMC). Second, ensure that the memory card is
inserted all the way into the correct slot. Third, choose the correct card
icon on screen that you want to play.
Q. Why do some images load faster than others?
A. Higher resolution images usually take longer to load.
