Purpose:
Inaccordancetothegeneralcommercialconduct ofTrust andFairTrade,herewithbelowis the
agreementfortheprotectionforbothparties,DMPandUsersinpursuantoftrading.
Product Description:
Withthisproduct,herewithalsoknownasEBOX-3300A/3310Aserieswhichisasimplified&an
economicaldesignofanembeddeddeviceforSpecialPurposePersonalComputing.Thebasic
specificationofthisproductcomprisesofthex86technologydesigns,andwithonboard256MB/
512MBDDR2Systemmemory,VGAdisplay,USB,PS/2Keyboard/Mouse, LANandAudio
Interfaces.
Distribution Convention:
1. ThisProductincludesagiftbox,aninnercase,aPC,aPoweradaptor,(andIDEcablewillbe
includedonlyforEBOX-3300A/3310A-Hpackage).Uponreceivingthisproduct,pleaserefer
to the User’ Manualtocheckforthecontentsandappearanceofthisproduct;contact
immediatelyyournearestdealerorDMPofficeforanydefectiveormissingparts.Thesupplier
willnotberesponsibleforanyreporteddiscrepancythereaftertheexpirationperiodof3-days
fromthedateofpurchase.
2. Inconsiderationoftransportationandthecostofstorage,thesupplierprovidestothe
distributorsawarrantyof12-months.Thiswarrantycoversthefailurecausedbyhardware
breakdown(excludingharddrives),butdoesnotcovertheactofmisuseandmishandling.
3. Thesupplierwillnotacceptunknownpost,thereforeifyouwishtorepairortoreturn your
goods–kindlypleasecontactyournearestdealertomakeyourdeclaration,andatthesame
time,applyforaRMAnumber(RMAstandsforReturnMerchandiseAuthorization–please

4. ThefreightforreturngoodsforrepairwillfollowtheInternationalcustomarypracticeand
convention:Bothpartiesistopayforfreightofoneshipment each.Theshipperis requiredto
prepay thefreightfromtheplaceoforigin(Thismeansthatthereturnee(user)coversthe
freightforreturngoods,whiletheSuppliercoversthefreightforgoodsaftertherepair).
5. Obsoletewarrantyisreferredtoas:(1)Expirationofwarrantyor(2)Damageduetomisuse
withinwarranty.TheSupplierwillbetakenintoconsiderationofthecircumstances,toprovide
repairservicewithchargesexpenseforobsoletewarranty.Thisexpenseincludesthecostof
materialandthecostoflabor.
Note:Ifthereisotherparticularissuenotlistedintheaboveconditions,bothpartiesagreedtofollow
theGeneralLawofCommercewithfairandreasonablediscussioninhandlingandresolvingthe
argument.
