2. Attach the dust mop retainer to the end of the
mount arm assembly using two 3/8" x 1" serrated
flange cap screws. Verify that the dust mop
retainer is positioned as shown below.
NOTE: Do not tighten the serrated flange cap
screws at this time.
3. Pull the dust mop over the frame.
NOTE: Verify that the raised area of the frame is
protruding through the opening in the center of
the dust mop.
4. Insert the cross bar of the frame into the hook
at the end of the mount bar assembly, then slide
the dust mop retainer toward the mop end of the
mount bar.
5. Verify that the fingers on the mop retainer capture
the frame cross bar in the slot of the mount bar,
then secure the mop in place by tightening the
fasteners to 30 ft-lb.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Attach the broom bracket to the side of the broom
hood using two 3/8" x 3/4" cap screws and 3/8" lock
washers. Tighten fasteners to 20 ft-lb.
NOTE: Verify the longer part of the broom bracket
is facing downward as shown below.

CAUTION
Be aware of and avoid pinch points when
assembling and operating. Pinch points can
exist around levers and when putting two
parts together (during assembly).

DUST MOP OPERATION
To use the dust mop, insert a second hitch pin only
through the bottom holes in the broom bracket as
shown below. This allows the mount arm and dust
mop frame to rotate up and down.
When not in use, place the second hitch pin only
through the unused holes in the mount arm assembly
as shown below. This prevents the mop from touching
the floor.
6. Insert one hitch pin through the top holes in the
broom bracket and through the outermost pair of
holes in the mount arm assembly.
NOTE: The hitch pin can stay in this position
whether the mop is in use or not.
