Installation
1. InstallingtheBattery
Followthediagrambelow,pleasenotethedirectionofthebattery.
2. Connecting3G/4Gmodem
Theindicatorlightwillturnonwhena3Gmodemhasbeensuc-
cessfullyconnectedviaUSBorthroughtheconverter.
3. Start-UpOperation
Pushthepowerbuttontothe“ON”position.Theproductwill
beginworkingandthepowerindicatorwillflashblue.TheWiFi
indicatorLEDlightswillalsolightup.
4. Connecting3G/4GRouter
Therearetwowaystoconnecta3G/4Grouter:eitherviaEthernet
orWiFi.WesuggestchoosingtheWiFi.
5. WindowsXP/OS
Clickthe“Start/ControlPanel”,double-click“NetworkConnec-
tions”,inthe“WirelessNetworkConnection”rightclickand
select“ViewAvailableWirelessNetworks”.Double-clicktheSSID
of“3G/4Grouter”wireless
network,ontherightshows
“connected”thatindicates
beingsuccessfullycon-
nectedtothe3Grouter.

Now let’s open the IE Explorer( Iphone for Safari),type the default IP:192.168.100.1 in the
Address bar, then the Username：admin, Password: admin，No bold words，click OK into the
management interface:

Note:IfWiFiisconnectedsuccessfully,butthemanagementinterface
failstoopen,pleasedoublechecktheIPaddress.Ifyoumanuallyset
theIPaddress,itisrecommendedtoautomaticallyobtain.TheXP
Systemforexample:clickon“Start/ControlPanel”,double-clickthe
networkconnectioninthe“WirelessNetworkConnection”rightclick
selectproperties,select“InternetSociety(TCP/IP)”,clickonProper-
tiestobringupTCP/IPSettingspage,Select“ObtainanIPaddress
automatically”and“ObtainDNSserveraddressautomatically”setting
iscompleted,thecomputercanautomaticallyobtaintheIPaddressof
therouter.
Remarks: If WIFI connected successfully, but failed to open the management interface. Please
check the IP address whether is right or not. If you manually set the IP address, it is
recommended to automatically obtain. Take XP System for example, click on "Start/Control
Panel", double-click the network connection in the "Wireless Network Connection" right click
select properties, select "Internet Society (TCP / IP)", click on Properties to bring up TCP / IP
Settings page, Select "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address
automatically" setting is completed, the computer can automatically obtain the IP address of the
router.
3. Parameters Settings
the router support 3G/4G, Static IP, Dynamic IP, PPPoE, click “Basic Settings” on the left side of
WEB page, so you should first choose Router’s operating mode, the default mode is “3G/4G
dialup”.
3.1 3G Dial-UP
The default mode for product is 3G/4G Dial-UP, in China, Includes Taiwan and Hong Kong, It
integrates all main ISP Dial data, and customers can choose the ones they want. For the
foreigners, we can realize it from remote online control, to make your 3G modems comply our
router.
For example, China Telecom, APN is blank, enter “#777” in the Dialup Number box, enter
“card” in the User Name and Password box, both lower case letters. Range of Online Time
here keeps default (always online). Enter DNS server in Primary DNS box if you know it. It you
don’t know it, leave it as blank.

Settings
Theroutersupports3G/4G,StaticIP,DynamicIPandPPPoE.Click
“BasicSettings”ontheleftsideofwebpageandchoosetheRouter’s
operatingmode,thedefaultmodeis“3G/4Gdial-up”.
1. 3GDial-UP
Thedefaultmodeis3G/4Gdial-up,itintegratesallthemainISP
dialdataandcustomerscanchoosetheonestheywant.Forin-
ternationalcustomers,wecanuseremoteonlinecontrol,tomake
your3Gmodemcomplywithourrouter.Forexample,TelstraAPN
istelstra.internet,enter“*99#”intheDialupNumberbox,leave
UserNameandPasswordboxesblank,thiswillvarywithproviders
RangeofOnlineTime,keepasdefault(alwaysonline).EnterDNS
serverinPrimaryDNSboxifyouknowit.Ityoudon’tknowit,
leaveitasblank.
ReturntoStatus>RunningStatus,ensurethat3G/4Gdialupsays
“connected”,ifit’sconnected,youshouldbeabletoaccessInter-
netvia3G.
Othersituations:
If3G/4Gdialupsays“disconnect”,itmeansthereisno3Gconnec-
tion.Itispossibleyour3Gmodemisnotattachedtotherouter,
checkthemodem’sVID/PIDin3G/4Gcardinformation,iftheVID/
PIDisunrecognized,eithertherouter’sUSBportorthe3Gmodem
isfaulty.
If3G/4Gdialupsays“connecting,pleasewait…”,itmeansthat
therouterisdialing,pleasewaitforamoment,after20seconds
refreshthepageuntil3G/4Gdialupsays“connected”.Ifthestatus
Return to Status > Running Status, check 3G/4G Dialup says connected, if it’s connected,
you should be able to access Internet via 3G. Other cases:
If 3G/4G Dialup says “disconnect”,it means no 3G connection, maybe your 3G Modem is not
attached to the router, you can check the Modem’s VID/PID in 3G/4G card information filed, if
the VID/PID is Unrecognized, either the router’s USB port is bad or the 3G Modem is bad.
If 3G/4G Dialup says “connecting, please wait…”, it means that the router is dialing now, please
wait for a moment, after 20 seconds, refresh the page until 3G/4G Dialup says “connected”, if
the status “connecting, please wait…” has shown for a long time, please check as follows:
check your settings are correct; check the 3G router has supported your 3G Modem; check
your 3G Modem can work well, when directly connected to your computer.
3.2 Dynamic IP（DHCP）
Dynamic IP is the hotels and restaurants and other public places commonly used means of
access, the router can connect via dynamic IP mode to hotels and other public access network
resources, the first hotel of the network cable to the ETH interface to the router, then through
the following two methods to router switch to dynamic IP mode.
1) hard-switching: the switch router 3G/DHCP pull to the DHCP file.
2) Soft Switch: turn on the router interface, click on the "Basic Settings> Internet access mode",
select the dynamic IP, and then click "OK" to save the settings.

2. DynamicIP(DHCP)
Thisisgoodforhotels,restaurantsandotherpublicplaces.The
routercanconnectviadynamicIPmodetonetworkresourcesvia
thenetworkcabletotherouter.Thenviaeitherofthefollowing
twomethods.
1. Hard-switching:3G/DHCPsettoDHCP.
2. SoftSwitch:turnontherouterinterface,clickonthe“Basic
Settings>Internetaccessmode”,selectthedynamicIP,and
thenclick“OK”tosavethesettings.
ReturntothesystemstateiftheIPaddressforthatnetworkiscon-
nectedsuccessfully,ifnotclickthe“Update”buttontoobtainanIP
address.
Note:
1. InDHCPmode,therouterworksintheETHWANportmode.
2. WirelessdevicescanconnecttotherouterviaWiFiInternet.

3. PPPoE
Clickon“BasicSettings>Internetaccessmode”,selectPPPoE,
enterthebroadbandInternetaccountIDandpassword,click“OK”
tosavethesettings.Returnto“SystemStatus>running”,ifPPPoE
dial-upshows“Connected”thenconnectionissuccessful.
Note:
1. InDHCPmode,therouteroperatesintheETHWANport
mode.
2. WirelessdevicescanconnecttotherouterviaWiFiInternet.
